I Got 5.05 Million    (As of Up to February)
JPN 360 are for a Fact Under 450K. (I can post weeks upon week of sales, so I'll be generous and over estimate)
EU has historical been 60% of US numbers so thats about 3.03 Million
thats around 8.53 Million million up to Feb 07
unless you can so me some hard EU numbers or some historical data showing EU percentages Vs US numbers its fact 360 hasn't sold 10 as of Feb 07
Ok are you ready to sit down? Brace yourself ok? So you admit the 360, counting with NPD numbers, add up to almost 9 million right? ok.....here we go!
NPD DOES NOT COUNT WALMART.
OK. Now go back and do the math again.... since you like to guess, I would assume that WALMART has sold well over a million 360's since 11/22/05.
That would pretty much make their numbers accurate.Â
Thank you.
Ok are you ready to sit down? Brace yourself ok?
Walmart sales Are aggregated/Estimated in their Monthly reports :D
Even with Walmart included, almost 9 million estimated units SOLDÂ as of last month and you people still think MS hasn't sold over 10 mil? Do you realize how silly that is? That means that they aren't lying. They are very close to their ESTIMATES. Estimates could be more, could be less than the actual number stated. Of course if you wanted to make MS look bad you'd say "Oh they sold less" but it could be just the opposite because the numbers aren't exact. Anybody can pull numbers out their ass when they are talking about estimates. Your little math demo just proved that the blog is just trying to make a big deal out of nothing. The same thing is happening to Sony AND Nintendo right now.
