360 only leading PS3 by 6 million now.. down by 2 million in 3 months..

http://www.vgchartz.com/ I know its VGchartz but right now thats all we have to go on, i just noticed that gap between the PS3 and 360 is now down to 6 million.. Just 3 months ago the 360 was leading by 8 million.. WOW and just imagine next month when FFXIII releases in Japan, PS3 will sell atleast a million consoles that month and that will bring the 360 lead down to 5 million..

I predict by the end of this year the 360's lead will be down to 4-4.5 million consoles worldwide.. WOW i didnt realize the 360 was now down to just a 6 million console lead, its shrinking fast.

Yup glad to hear that and hope to see even more games coming to ps3 especially JRPG's

so ya

hold tightan in japan ps3 only lead last week by 4 thousand ,

its not that big considering the hunk of a lead wii has every where else

Actually if Sony continues to outsell 360, I predict MS will make a $299 Natal/Xbox 360 bundle, make the current elite bundle $199, and discontinue the arcade model. They will make back all the money they lose from Live anyways.

Really? Think this through for a minute.

If Cows say that 360 is for immature people, then if natal comes out, it would probably sell like hotcakes. Then, Microsoft will probably converge it with all the other technologies, such as Cable and Satelite TV, and Surface, when it becomes cheap enough.

Imagine this scenario:

You go to a restaurant, you sit down. There is a blade-type menu on the table that you are sitting at. You swipe across to your menu items, then do a point, or some other gesture to accept. Then you lay your credit card on the table to book your order.

For this only, I think natal will sell.

The TC's TITLE reads as "360 leading by 6 million now, will be down to 2 million in 3 months"

I wasn't even factoring in any incorrect estimates of how much the lead actually is and by how much more. I fell behind on the known sales numbers. Doesn't matter though, I was just addressing his estimate (based on HIS math) that PS3 will close the gap by 4M in just 3 months. Simply laughable.

While I think the PS3 will catch up to be within 2 million units of the Xbox 360 it isnt happening in 3 months
