I dont see whats so bad about the lists I only have $407 to blow here. If I get U2 I cant get another popular game like Killzone 2, I'll need an extra $25 which I dont haveShatin

Why would you get left4dead 2 and a wireless adaptor if you're getting an arcade? You won't be able to play online.

You need a harddrive to play online, the arcade doesn't have one.

Having said that, if you own a HDTV and dont currently have a blue ray player, go for the PS3. Not only will you be blessed with the High def, youll get all the great multiplats, plus some good exclusives(uncharted 2 , im looking at you) and the free online (although its looking more like that "free" online could be changing in the near future). If you dont have an hdtv or already have the bluray covered, then I say go with the 360. Better online (get what you PAY for) the better developed multiplats, a much more ergonomic controller (IMHO). Basically the all around better gaming machine. And if you get the 360, save yourself some money and get a linksys game adapter and save yourself 50-60 bucks

I'm pretty sure you can't play online on the 360 Arcade, so you don't need that wireless adaptor. Someone, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Upgrade to play pc games like what? I'm sorry but there is nothing worthwhile recent in PC gaming except for DA:O that has come out recently. It's really sad that the only games that I really looking forward to playing on the PC is SC2 and Diablo III.JunkTrap

not true console ports are the main reason why i am playing now on PC. Resi5 @120Hertz is more worth than any exclusive.

I'd say get the PS3, but dont buy mirrors edge or uncharted 1. Those two games are games you'll finish in a rental then never play again. I would say for the other two get KZ2, Demons Souls or Infamous. (I've heard a lot of people say Infamous isnt worth a purchase, but i bought it on release date and still play it today)

This is why I went to PS3 and you should stick with PS3. It's reliable with free online and WiFi. God of War 3 is coming, get a PS3.

Yes, there are. My friend had one for his 360 (Which was $30), and it always disconnected him. He eventually ended up buying the official one.

geez i hate people going, "WiFi is weak on online games". first off, i use wifi for my ps3 and i'm playing the Bad Company 2 beta while my parents are watching Videos on Demand on the TV but my game doesn't lag at all. even with only 1.5 Mbps you can have lagless wifi games. geez. mine's actually around 3 Mbps (it's almost 3 years now, 'cause of contract), but i sitll don't get any lags. and to those saying 360's N-adapter is better than the PS3's wifi (which is only b/g), are just ridiculous. a G-connection is fine. it's not like you'll spawn faster if you have an N lmao. N is only suitable if your router is REALLY far from your console, like more than 30 meters or 120 feet or so.

I'm a PS3 owner and I don't. I guess it is just a select few. None of my friends game on-line via wireless either and they own PS3s too.
