god u piss me off, i have been playing RFOM all day today, and Motorstorm all day yesterday

on top of that VF5 and Oblivion keep me pretty busy

The correct statement would be, "The PS3 has games, but I am not interested in any of them."

Really this "no games" thing has to stop.

Killer apps are games that are system sellers. Resistance is far from being a killer app. 360's killer apps are GoW and upcoming Halo 3. Wii's killer app was Legend of Zelda, that was the only reason so many people got it from the launch, it was a system seller. Upcoming killer apps for Wii are games like Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros Brawl.Phanrang

But Resistance is a system seller. The only game I own for the PS3, which I got on launch day, is Resistance. Why did I buy a PS3 at launch? To play Resistance. Look at the attach rate for Resistance compared to total PS3 sales.

The correct statement would be, The PS3 has few games, and none of them except for a 360 port is a AAA title. So for people that own both, the PS3 is in all liklihood collecting dust....

Why would you buy a system at launch then? If you bought it to play games that aren't going to be out for a year or two until after the launch, that doesn't make sense. Launch consoles usually have the highest rate of problems because they are new tech. So you are subjecting yourself to the possibility of having a defective unit and bought a system that will collect dust for a year or so.

17 moths and only one killer app, i'll spend $400 on a console with no extra game over what I already have wont I?  ps3 does have some good games and I works much better than x360 which has a gpu heatsink off ati's last gen buget card
