For PS3 to have 10 million console sold by the end of the year they will have to average 1.6 million units for the next 3 months. Not even the PS3 sold those kinds of numbers.

R&C might have actually really boosted the sale of the ps3, if the price was right no doubt, it sells millions and im sure a lot of R&C fans would luv to play it on the ps3........but can they afford a ps3

This is 1 of the games I may pump out the cash for a PS3 this Xmas. My bro probably sell his to me so may try and persuade him, with World in Conflict & Crysis out soon he will hardly use it.

I think the Ratchet games will sell loads and be a big PS3 hitterr more so than HS, MotorStrm or Resistence. This sort of game is what makes the PS brand for me. Not bloody shooters like Resistence, Killzone2 and the like. Why oh! why all the (hardcore) PS fanboys argue about Killzone ownz and Halo3/GoW sucks when the games that have always made the PS brand have been non-shooters. You want shooters own a 360 or PC but for PS fans and the reason its not selling to its potential is due to Sony trying to play MS/PC's at their own game.

Give me Ratchet, HS, DMC, GOW, Sly, Tomb Raider, Wipeout, GT, Dexter, Drake, ICo, SoC, Rez, Baldurs Gate, FF, Kingdom Hearts, Tekken. And then bring the fun/action/stealth shooters in later like Timesplitters, Red Faction, MGS but to have your biggest games set out as mostly all shooters is stupid.

I want a shooting game and to play online I know that PC and X360 are always gonna win as they work hard at that genre. I also have a 360 and PS3 and if I bought the latter for more of the games on the former, I'd be wasting quite a bit of money for more of the same.You're absolutely right in the fact that Sony needs to give us a different reason for owning their system. You forgot to list Okami in that lineup of good ps2 games :).

I wouldn't listen to someone who says Tekken 6 is coming to the 360,I mean hell the Wii has a better chance of getting Tekken 6 than the 360 does.

And another thing the Namco clearly stated that the arcade version which will be ported over to the PS3 uses the Cell architecture in thier arcade machines.

I have a PS3 and have no plans to buy R & C or Drake... I also have no intention of buying FF or MGS4 next year either. These games are all hype and arn't my cup of tea.

Give me LBP and GOW 3... Then I will be happy.
