I didn't even realize that. The op was mainly about what fanboys think that they'll gain when there console of choice wins this generation. I didn't mean for the original post to be just about sony and nintendo.

I've been a member for awhile. Though I haven't been the most active member I have been following the trends of this board. So I know this place is the center of the forum. I am aware that in the mass of "hermits", "sheep",etc. there are nuetral posters but they are few and far between. To answer your question I don't assume everyone in this forum is a fanboy i just want to get their opnions on this matter.

I also love the PS3 and think that Ratchet and Resistance are two of the best games I've ever played. It is expensive for a game console, but you have to look at what you're getting, and a lot of gamers don't care about that. PS3 is still waiting for that one "killer app" to blow the roof off, and they have a big 2008 coming up. I own the Wii, but not too many games interest me, and most of the games I own for it were bought for my oldest boy and daughter. I do know and accept, whether I like it or not, that the Wii is the hottest selling console on the market.

My PC is where I've been gaming the most here recently, though. I bought a new HP with 3GB RAM, AMD X2 4400 processor, and a 500 GB Hard Drive, put an 8800 GTS card in it and bought a 22" HD monitor for it. Holy crap, this runs like a cadillac. So I've been enjoying a lot of the games I could'nt really play full blast before on my old PC on my new one. And OMG, Crysis is awesome. I can run it smooth with settings at high. I just love this industry. I am a gamer.
