LBP got a 6.6 in user reviews, which is what I would rate the game. Halo 4 might be a mediocre POS, but it's still slightly better than LBP.

These guys made 2 monstrous franchises THIS GENERATION ALONE, Uncharted and The Last of Us. No other developer can make such claim other than From Soft who made critical hits Demon's Souls and Dark Souls back to back

Not to me. I didn't like the Uncharted games. Have yet to play TLOU though.

 Bioware and From Software are my candidates. Valve and Rockstar are up there too.

I like them, but their game mechanics are a bit rough. They are definitely among the finest this gen, but the best is arguable. They certainly are really good at developing great human characters. The Uncharted cast (all 3 games) are amongst the finest video game characters ever.
