If people aren't buying the Wii U now, it's not a good sign for other consoles down the road either, especially if they're upwards of $500. People can lie to themselves and say "if those products are worth the value, people will buy them" but only a select few will. So before you fanboys jump for joy that people aren't spending money like they used to, get ready for a taste of your own bitter medicine.

I'm sorry, but Wii U sales have absolutely NO bearing on PS4 / 720 sales. This isn't a sign of anything to come, its just a Nintendo console failing.
There are 140 million gamers out there with a PS3 or 360 just waiting for the next one. The only people buying Wii Us are the nintendolts who cream thelselves over mario and zelda. The other 90 million Wii owners are grannys who've maybe bought 1 wii game during the consoles entire existance, and have no interest in the Wii U because the gimmick isn't enticing enough.
Claiming to know what any system's fanbase is made of is beyond delusional. Stop playing the "my system's fanbase is better than your system's fanbase" because that's just idiocy. Insulting an entire fanbase shows immaturity on your part, and your blind hatred of a gaming company proves that you have behavior and social problems.Wii software sold like complete crap (other than nintendo titles funnily enough / casual dance games). It had practially no 3rd party support other than shltty dance and carnival games. Thats proof right there of the systems fanbase. I know it. Developers know it (why do you think so many 3rd party developers are ignoring the Wii U?). Everyone knows it but you Nintendolts.
I'm not saying the 360 or PS3 fanbase is better, im saying their fanbases are made up of actual gamers who actually buy and play games. Why do you think the 360s attach rate is so high. They'll be uprading to the next xbox / playstation. These Wii U sales are no indication of anything Xbox or playstation related.
