This is why Nintendo Exclusives are Scoring Higher than xbone or Ps4 exclusives, they are churning out games that are fun to play.

they are Games and they should be reviewed and Rated for what they are which is GAMES

I know right, it feels like gen 7.5, with most games still coming out for last gen systems. Plus the nickle and diming now is unreal. On top of more expensive games than before, really expensive season passes, more DLC and subscription fees, now there's new versions of the consoles to buy every 2 or 3 years. I mean they are treating console gamers like whores. Each game plus all it's content can cost so much these days.

I think back to how much I probably wasted last gen on consoles and all that stuff. I definitely think I'm out for good with MS and PS consoles. I'll see what Nintendo are up to though.

Well the Order 1886 got nothing but bad reviews and is a true turd and flop

Quantum Break has got lots of mixed reviews, critically praised from some reviewers and panned by others, it actually has more positive reviews, so you can't call it a flop as its not universally recognized as a flop

It has a 66 on PC for critics and a 3.4 from PC users on Metacritic. If you are speaking solely about the One release then yes it's generally favourable. Still, this I am sure they were hoping for a AAA title...

@shibua: No, that's Naughty Dog getting a pass there. For some reason that studio has become the most overhyped thing in the industry. Jak and Daxter, TLOU, Uncharted and Crash Bandicoot is apparently a "god like" resume to some folks. That's slightly above average imo.

@shibua: Maybe its because he encountered at least two examples of terrible AI in a single playthrough giving the appearance of normality, while if he doesnt come across a bug in a remaster where they could have patched any bugs, he might not think its normal. Or that TLoU also has a stealth system, really the 2nd video you posted means nothing. Maybe its also because QB hard crashed on him 3 times at least. Also why do we even have to compare it to TLoU.

I like the Angry Joe videos where he sits awkwardly between the fat guy and his simple brother not allowing them to speak.

I hate Angry Joe's mindset regarding companies loving their fans and uneducated economic rambles but his reviews are always pretty good/fair. So far the general consensus among most sites is that the game is mediocre and not complete anyways.

Well it's funny because a lot of games have bad AI, but there are games with excellent AI too.. usually those games don't get mentioned.

I'm not the only one that realized TLOU has garbage AI. I can finally sleep easy.

Sony fans seem to care more about quantum break than xbox fans...

Poor reviews and weak sales; this doesn't bode well for the Xbone.

@shibua: The AI is generally good in TLoU, I never ran across anything that resembled the first and last video you posted. The second is just the AI not letting you get killed by something out of the players control. I'd much rather have that happen then let a non controllable character get me killed.

But back to QB, the AI isn't the only problem the game has in Angry Joes eyes, which is why he scored it low. He found a lot of issues and didn't have fun with the game. No game is perfect yet there are a lot that I'd score 10/10 because of how much I enjoyed them, scores and reviews are opinions, fanboys need to learn that in a bad way.

This game has somehow managed to cause butt hurt on both sides.

I really loved the game, but I can see why it might not be some people's thing. It's certainly not the masterpiece some were hyping it to be.

No This is just typical whining because fan boys flock to great things and annoyingly hype them to death. This creates microscopic resentments. Its not them somehow getting a pass from a lot of us that rate there games high. A lot of games have dumb AI and the experience varies. Great games can overcome there imperfections. The Last of Us does this because its a great game. Its combat is quite tense despite having some dumb human AI. and you can always go up a level and die a lot and experience the tension that its world and subject matter brings. Add its other greater strengths what you get is exactly what the majority of people and critics have experience. A fu**in great game. This and Uncharted 2 is why I'm hyped for there games. I like to see how they improve this gen.

Its like how some people whine about The Witcher 3 combat or the many Roach glitches that we see on youtube videos. Fallout, Elder Scroll and so on. Games are not perfect but great games that have captivated audiences and critics alike get a pass. Its not just ND. Its them just coming off a great run last gen.

Oh, jeez, heaven forbid that despite circumstances regarding The Orders 1886's negative reception that I maintained some level of optimism about playing it regardless. Silly cow.

Holly molly... that's brutal. I don't agree but I respect his opinion. Great review as always.

So, this is the XBone's 'Order' moment..

A game that was hyped since early in the generation with graphics and a studio with a proven history of good games under it's belt, at least on paper, sounds like a sure fire winning bet. Goes on to be little more than a technical showcase with after-thought game mechanics, hit-and-miss story exposition, lackluster enemy AI, and frustrating/inconsistent puzzles.

Still manages to be just a good enough game to make fans want to see the developer take a second and far more honest crack at the source material to deliver what could have been an otherwise great game.

Sound about right? Nissan out of ten?

I don't know why lems are defending this turd. It's time to move on or are you guys honestly thinking this is the best exclusive you'll be getting all gen. You don't see cows defending the mediocre gameplay of The Order, they hype the graphics but they don't say it's an amazing game that reviewers have bias against. QB is a mediocre flop, some people may like it but the overall consensus is that the game itself is nothing special from a gameplay standpoint.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the gunplay mechanics. I wonder if the game had a cover system in early development and the game creators decided that the time powers unbalanced the gameplay when also given the advantage of cover.. Then again, if they felt that way, why is the AI a potato?

I don't give a purple flying shit what the Lems say now, I know for a fact that no one will be bragging about this game a year from now and shame on the dummy that tries to.

It seems there can be a lot of parallels drawn between Quantum Break and The Order 1886: gorgeous console exclusives with interesting premises that turn out to be entirely average cover-based shooters with too little to set them apart. Also the fact that Angry Joe probably got tons of flak for both those reviews.

So I just watched the review. Why do Joe and "Other Joe" continuously bitch about cut-scene length? They know they are T.V. show episodes. The say it multiple times in the review. So don't treat them like cut-scenes when that's not what they are. "The cut-scenes are so long my controller turned off during one of them." No Joe, that was a 24 minute T.V. episode. Treat it as such.

Great game, with great reviews and great sales. Sounds like a win win.
