Football = extreamly popular in the UK.

PES is mostly aimed at the english premiership. You can't argue with that.

A PC sequal of GTA4 will be coming around in a few months. We just refuse to admit it is because it will undouptfully lose sales for the PS3/360 versions which we have been given substidies to develope for.

I don't know about PC gaming but I'm smart enough to know that it's doing pretty crappy these days. Some of you fanboys should realize that. I love the PC but I'm not about to claim that it has a ton more recent must buy titles and that it has more awesome games coming to it than consoles.

GTA IV is coming to PC Q4 2008. Expect the anouncement a couple of months after the console release. Also, anyone who likes sports games probably has a console already(except for PES fans maybe).

Oh, and BTW nobody cares about Madden in the rest of the world.

Well, they are getting DMC4, but I can't understand why anyone in their right mind would want to play that game on the PC. Better graphics aside, I can only imagine how mad the controls will be. The PC is great of RTS and MMO's though. I'd rather play those type of games on the PC. Even some decent RPG's like Dragon Age will be good on the PC.

Electronics move the same way. Give M$ and Sony and Nintendo ( who I especially intesrested in watching.. check out the VR head tracking. Amazing implications.

Consoles will over take the pc. There will be one computer created that can run every single task that you could want. It's just gonna take some time. I would give the PC and Console realm another 3 /4 years of competition before consoles deveop such a strong hold on the market that EA starts buying computer chip producers to knock back expsense and works with M$ and Sony one on single console. Nintedo might fall behind before this. But only time ill tell.

Well, I mean, that's essentially a good idea, but you also gotta take into an account that computer hardware industry is absolutely huge. Consoles simply can't compare with revenues PC hardware manufacturers generate. Those figures are just enormous...

So if you make a "console PC", that would probably kill companies who produce graphics chips, graphics boards, RAM, motherboards etc. Those companies essentially can't rely on "generations" like console manufacturers do.

But then again, if someone could pull-off a good infrastructure to leave all the PC hardware industry alive and kicking, with the "console PC" concept, then I'm all over it...
