Another ME2 review for PS3!

Looking "slightly better" is hardly a triumph for a game that came on year after the original.

Well like I said before, by messaging Chris Priestly (Bioware dev for PS3 version) he said that the ps3 demo was not the final build. Hopefully it's not PR talk though

I'm baffled that they didn't just say that the ME2 for the PS3 was just the same game as the one released for the 360, a year ago.

The problem isn't the story. It never was. If you want a lowdown on the story, you type Mass Effect 2 on Wikipedia or just look at Bioware's wikia. The problem is that you won't have the chance to import your character from ME1, and observe the changes (small or large) the actions you performed throughout the hours and hours of Mass Effect will cause on Mass Effect 2.

As someone who doesn't own a ps3 or xbox, I don't understand why anyone bothers to compare the 'versions'. You don't even have to do anything to know the one that comes out later will be a tad bit more polished.

Well that could have been a good reason to buy a 360 if ME2 was not on PS3 you know. Why put $200 for a console when you can just pay $60 for the game? :?

I imagine if they were "dying" to play it they'd have already bought an Xbox or a PC to play it with.

Let's say I wanted to play a PS3, and I went to Best Buy, and the clerk said "Well, you owe us $599 US dollars because, well, it's 'brand new' to you". Shouldn't I complain about that?

Why don't console gamers complain about these sorts of things? It's beyond me why people are so willing to be ripped off.
