Another ME2 review for PS3!

I'd buy ME2 full price again for my 360 if I had to, it's that good. Lemmings seem to be grasping at anything to make the PS3 version inferior. Price? Really? Here in Australia new games are $110 & our dollar is about the same as the US now, so don't complain about prices.

Can we all not just rejoice that everyone out there (except sheep) get to play this awesome game on their systems? C'mon, can't we all just get along? (except sheep who miss out on this game :lol: ... ok I won't be mean to the kids anymore, sorry :P )

What other options do PS3 owners have in order to not pay $60 for an amazing game, especially how many of them are dying to play it? ;)

I imagine if they were "dying" to play it they'd have already bought an Xbox or a PC to play it with.

Let's say I wanted to play a PS3, and I went to Best Buy, and the clerk said "Well, you owe us $599 US dollars because, well, it's 'brand new' to you". Shouldn't I complain about that?

Why don't console gamers complain about these sorts of things? It's beyond me why people are so willing to be ripped off.

Yes 360 version is definitive becaause you played it and because importing characters from ME1? I'll stick to what most sites and devs say about the PS3 version for being definitive. This is ME2, not ME1 :)

Graphics, performance, no disk swapping, etc. Are you really going to call 360's version definitive because 360 gamers played it already? And besides, this is ME2, not ME1. This is the definitive version on consoles, like it or not. Maybe you think it's definitive on 360, but fact is, is that the sites and the developers had it themselves. Mass Effect 2, not 1. :)

Why would they use the word "definitive" with PS3 though in articles and interviews then? Listen to Bioware's podcast, gamepro's interview, PS blog's Casey Hudson interview, IGN's hands on and what Jesse Houston had to say, and the other sites.

man, this whole thing is getting old, if you already played the game, sweet, but don't get hurt when the game is coming out on a console you dislike, also that whole "the choices carry over from the first game" thing is soooo old. The interactive comic is going to be 15 mins long and include all major choices, i rather take that then play mass effect 1 "and yes i have played it I just never beat it" also if i need further clearing i'll just head to mass effect wikia. Its 60 bucks, so what? xbox fanboys act like its been 20 bucks since it came out, you guys payed 60 bucks for it too, yeah the game is a year old but some people haven't played it and with mass effect 3 coming out for the ps3 too bioware made mass effect 2 available and if microsoft didn't own the rights to mass effect 1 i'm sure they would have released mass effect 1 with it also. I'm sure the closer it gets to release the more topics we're going to get like this and its getting old, if you played it and enjoyed it cool, but let other people who only own a ps3 enjoy it, is that hard? also i own a 360 but i'm going to wait for mass effect 2 for the ps3 because of the controller and trophy support "i like trophies their fun to earn". More than likely i'll rent it too, so hmm guess i won't be paying that 60 bucks you lemmings suspect of me.

well I dont know I own a ps3 havent played both games :3 but from what I hear theyre both good ad worth the $60 tag.. I wouldnt mind paying $60 to support the devs if they will continue making good games.

PS. Is ME2 just like UC2 with dif endings and stuff?..gameplay looks thesame...Cover shoot..travel? cover shoot.. Im not saying its not epic :)
