Anybody even care anymore if Versus XIII goes multiplat?

There was a time when this was one of my most anticipated titles, far ahead of FFXIII and with the feeling of this will be a great diversion from Kingdom Hearts and when the team is done and they go back to do KH3 the game will be better for it.

That was four years ago.

Now I don't care about FFVSXIII; I might when its about two months away from release but Square-Enix and Nomura haven't given me a reason to be excited for it. And as if that isn't enough, Square-Enix and Nomura have killed off my love of Kingdom Hearts. Anyone who saw the little posting I did last generation knew that Kingdom Hearts was one of my favorite series but that has since changed due to the spin-offs and the lack of information. The gamess flaws became more apparent as time went on and the formula became monotonous to the point where I still haven't beaten Aqua's story in Birth by Sleep and I don't own Re:Coded, something that I would have never believed back when I loved Kingdom Hearts.

So to answer your question TC: no I don't care. I wouldn't mind hearing if it was going multiplatform simply because we may hear a potential release date but even then I'm sure SE and Nomura would disappoint. Like I said before, maybe when the game is two months away from release the hype will come back, but as of now I just don't care.

Its exclusivity has no effect on my interest in the game.

i think they are doing a blizzard, taking long time to develop to hopefully get us an amazing game, they know final fantasy series need that right now.

Its been so long, long ago when Square Enix announced Final Fantasy Versus XIII as a current gen game from the creators of the Kingdom Hearts series to be coming exclusivly for the PS3, we havent really heard a thing about a release date for over 5 years now, im honestly very curious here to know, does anyone even care anymore if this game goes multiplat or not? most people now just want to play the game and have fun.

share your thoughts and when do you think the game will actually release?

my prediction is since FFXIII-2 coming this year in japan and next year in the world then 2012 should be the release of Versus XIII in December Japan followed by a 2013 release outside of Japan. the question is will it still be an exclusive seeing its been taking ages for it in development? not that PS3 need anymore exclusives if you ask me :P

Nope, not at all. If its indeed not vaporware, the game should be enjoyed by as many people as possible.

no because we've had no news and tbh nothing surprises me...another trailer is predictable and some vague release date with it.

Anyways, I honestly dont think versus will even come out, its always seemed like this vaporware project ever since day 1 of hearing about it.

i think sony fanboys would care a lot. after all, it's been on their annual "year of the ps3" exclusive list since 2006 :lol:

7-10 were my favorites... mostly a toss up between 8 and 9...10's gameplay was alright it was mostly the majorupgrade in the graphics at the time that made me like it
