To an extent, yes. Either developers are focussing on multiple systems, or they're focussing on what works on all systems. Is it a big deal? Lolno.

I really dislike how many multiplatform games have to have smaller levels or less detailed levels due to memory constraints on consoles.

Yea, but to be honest I think the design decisions in BF3 and C2 have more to do with trying to appeal to CoD players than anything.

Also, I don't think BF2 was much better than BF3 but that's me.
