Sony already announced their numbers were shipped so it is def impossible based on factual numbers.

There is no maybe, the numbers and common sense do not lie. U3 did not sell 3.8 million in a day, or a wee or even a month.

Uncharted franchise generally sells better in Europe. And the shipped is WW not just NA. If the previous titles are anything to go by UC3 will have legs and continue selling well for the next few months.
