I bought it when it came out. I've already noticed an improvement in the servers. This is for sure the best digital download game. So much fun, and fantastic graphics and effects. Love the planes explosions.-shmelo-
Its epic!! And i noticed that too. Today the servers are a lot better than yesturday still it takes time to find a game. Tomorrow theyll be fixes for sure.
I didn't like Bad COmpany, but i love this..... I think its better then CODIIRS3II_H1TMANI thought bad company was better than cod when i first played it. then i played it a long time and i dont think it comes close to COD

I haven't played Warhawk ina few months. I always get shot down. It's a good game but some might say it's a copy of Battlefield.
Yeah, i got into two trial version games, and it is great. I might even like it better then BF BC's. I only have one problem with it...why do the japanese and the US both have M1's? and the sniper rifles are really under powered.ieatnoobs18They want you to headshot with the snipers but I like how the Japanese snipers use katanas.

It cool that this game turn out great.:) But even through I love the setting and 1942, I am probably going to skip 1943 (PC), since for now I am fine with Team Fortress 2 and Battlefield Heroes for online gaming. Plus I been thinking of playing Battlefield 1942 again.
[QUOTE="irish4eva"]Warhawk is a full game this is a 559MB Xbox live arcade game. well warhawk is only 20 euro Battlefield is 15 euro -.-Warhawk is better. Buy yeah battlefield is worth the money for a few months entertainment, then fat princess and then MW2!!!

Uhm, this is a 6 year old PC game, so don't get too excited lemmings_VermIt's a remake of BF1942 available on PC, PS3, and 360...

It's indeed a great digital game. Fighting on foot can be intense with tanks rolling around, planes bombing your position, and reinforcements are pouring in from both sides. And yes, the sniper rifle can be a hassle to use, but I do love the charges the scout gets. Sneaking up behind tanks has never been so much fun.
Live will definitely get the Coral Sea Challenge map first. Hopefully, they will release more maps this way.

That's pretty much the reason i decided not to buy it, i was looking forward to the game since it was first announced BUT after the demo i just felt it wasn't worth it, i didn't like the fact it was only 24 players, sure i knew it would be BUT i could really tell ingame and it just felt to empty for my tastes, also i just felt the game could actully look better, i do agree it looks very good BUT the lack of AA was so annoying on the PS3 (is any on the 360?) as i play on a 1080p setup so upscaled it looked far worse. When the 30 minutes were up i just couldn't bring myself to buy it and went and played Warhawk instead (i haven't loaded it up in about a month) and have been playing it all night (well until just now).Warhawk is better. And it's a shame to seem what is becoming of the industry due to people like you.Pffft... You should give the demo a try, you just might like it.No thank you. I'll be playing Battlefield 1942 or another real battlefield game.

Some might say it's a very unimpressive copy of Battlefield. That most everything that doesn't take place in the sky is simplified to the point of feeling flimsy and hollow. Frontlines is a much more respectable attempt.I haven't played Warhawk ina few months. I always get shoot down. It's a good game but some might say it's a copy of Battlefield.

Uhm, this is a 6 year old PC game, so don't get too excited lemmings_VermI don't... Do I need to point out what nonsense that is? BF1943 was released yesterday, not six years ago. It's not a PC game, until September.

What I wasn't expecting was health regeneration, infinate ammo and only 3 classes that do not require any teamwork on anyone's behalf.[QUOTE="ZuluEcho14"][QUOTE="D00nut"] Is there a problem with releasing a once PC-only franchise to an audience of folks that have never tried it for a cheaper price that includes an updated engine (Frostbite)?

What I wasn't expecting was health regeneration, infinate ammo and only 3 classes that do not require any teamwork on anyone's behalf. I'll give you the health and ammo thing, since those easily could've opened up to a support and medic class. But the 3 classes definitely have their uses. I've played matches where I'm with squads that have a good mix of everything. Infantry units come in handy for taking out tanks, but their SMGs make combat with other soldiers hard. The class system doesn't rely heavily on teamwork, but if it's there, teams will dominate more than the players that just rush for tanks.[QUOTE="ZuluEcho14"] No, it's a problem completly destroying the key elements of the game to make the game acessible for said audience while leaving fans of the series with a subpar game.ZuluEcho14

Meh... Demo is only 30 mins and that's it. You can't play after 30 mins.
I really hate the feeling of the game. Seems off. I'm going to fire up my PS3 and give the demo one last spin... (played it on 360).
I guess you can tell who the true gamers are in this thread. Don't disgrace yourself and play a battlefield game on a console. Not to mention a horrible remake with 12 vs 12 on huge maps. You people get satisified way too easily it's embarrassing.
