Read the thread title before posting it in next time :) But I do prefer it over Dracula: Origin one, altough Techland has just recently showed this box here (and polish Dracula Origin box is unfortunately a lot worse than american one)AdrianWerner
My bad. Personally, I can't remember how you could remember the difference between this one and the other one. Nevertheless, what you've chosen recently is better than that lame excuse for an advertisement. For shame, it was a good game too.
How come? This box isn't infomertial, it doesn't tell anything about the game itself. Why do you like it? Did something happen to you?
I would think this box is way to pretty for you to like it ;)

You mean "informative", not informertial, which sounds like informercial, which is a type of advertisement saved for late night free tv viewing.
I didn't say I liked it. Tell me where I explicitly said I liked it. I just said it's better than the other nomination you had for best boxart which did absolutely nothing for the game.
So I stated why I think it's a better choice for you, but you still have to ask "how come"? You're going backwards in the conversation, see. I provided an answer, and you replied with a question to that answer. Gaping whole in logic mate.
But I'll repeat my answer again: Tension is a video game primarily about glpyh drawing and the use of colours. As you can see, the "T" in the title is sty1ised in a way in a way as to represent a glyph painted by a brush i.e what you, the player, are going to do in the game. The bulk of the setting is has a very muted colour scheme (if you notice in the background of the cover there is also strange architecture, which is the same in the setting), but the spells you create -- the glyphs that you draw -- are colourful. To represent that on the boxart, the clothes of the woman are coloured in red, which is in stark contrast to the greyish-blue of everything else. Her clothes "drip" the red onto the the "T", which is a hint at the brush scheme you use in the game. So you see, it's all very informational ;).
And wow, it seems you've been pretty bloody caught off surprise for me to be actually agreeing with you. So much so, instead of conceding to my agreement, you've just decided to argue back like you don't want me to agree. Amazing. To top it all off, there's a cheapshot about my taste in boxart with no basis in evidence, whatsoever. Congrats!

By the way, if you want to see simple, effective boxart, just in case you think I can't comprehend such an idea, look no further than Left 4 Dead. A bitten, bloodied hand to reveal only four fingers, and a scratched background which is green, being the psychological trigger for poison/danger; the zombies being that threat. Coupled with the title Left (Left hand) 4 (Four fingers, no thumb) Dead (the hand almost looks like it's reaching out for help, or doing the outstretched position of a zombie), all the elements works together to create simple, effective design.
So no, I don't think you need an epic KotOR box to do a game justice.
