Best Sandbox game this gen?

Although I haven't played every sandbox game, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Yea prototype has the better story, out of both inFamous & Crackdown, it seems more thought out, took them a while to come up with, i think they nailed it the Web of intrique is awesome and i love the concept espeacialy when you go out and find all the WOI targets, story is creepy, eery and badass at the same time ! explains why it got its own comic and from what Radical said (working with DC comics on more projects) Prototype will probably become more, we may just see alex outside the comic/game world, not bashing crackdown cause i LOVED crackdown, its one of my favs, but crackdown and infamous story seems like they were made up in a few days. infamous did have the better characters over crackdown tho (crackdown barely had characters)

IM sorry but compared to infamous prototypes stroy was just meh to ok. I pretty much near getting all the WOI. Prototype is fun if you want a city to kill a bunch of people and jump around.

I think thats the point of the game. mindless action.

imo, inFAMOUS story is better than Prototype's. collecting the WOI is annoying and boring, also just stupid flashbacks. Prototype's graphics too are really bad. also the city is bland, very unispiring, not interactive. such a rush job, seriously how can there be no curved roads? just shows how lazy the devs are.

And you go on and on about this comic, so many games get comics nowadays it's nothing special.

Really a few days? That's a pretty well thought out story. To be told two different ways. I guess that means the have oscar writers over at Sucker punch

I really like the story in both games almost equally. The story in inFAMOUS is told very well in its comic book-styling. The story in Prototype seems a bit more natural in its progression. While there is story like in inFAMOUS, the web of intrigue seems like a more natural and fit way to unravel a story and its conspiracies. And the web of intrigue bits, while short, are well done, and when all pieced together, you get a good idea of what's happening and who's behind it.

IMO i actually think red faction. Its map is huge and there's so much to do side mission wise there like 100+ more then GTA 4 also u can just go around and have fun smashing big buildings up what catch ur eye haha :D

so yeah RF.G is IMO the best sandbox this gen i think its underatted :(
