No not weaker at all. Read the links pretty sure one even has benchmarks. Just do the reading man.

The "ps4 killer" costs more than a ps4 substantially, heck just 3/7 of the parts (the other 4) don't even have prices at all. Then you factor in that you don't have a monitor for the computer.
So what you have there is something that costs substantially more than a ps4, not going to bother with the rest since you already failed with the one that is supposed to specifically target the ps4. It costs more than the ps4 by a large chunk even when you don't include the things you listed at the end of a monitor. That's not a ps4 killer, that's simply throwing more money at the problem to get a better product.
This mentality bothers me to no end. How can you seriously ask to compare a PC to PS4 hardware for $400 and then complain about not including a peripheral that doesn't even come with a PS4!? When talking about 'a similar console experience' utilizing a TV, which consoles player never factor into their costs as everybody has one, is a drawn conclusion that should be a given by any measure of reason. The only viable peripheral to include into the price of a PC in comparison to a PS4 is a controller/kb+m, anything else is bs and you should understand this.
As for the "ps4 killer" costs issue just change the site region to whatever yours is as the link is to Australia and that might not be the origin point of the person who made the list. After changing to US, the cost is $251.03 minus the graphics card as that one used is most likely no longer available. But another of the same 260x card is only $113.99 which would put the total at $365.02. Or you could even replace that 260x with a 750ti that is only $99.99 (link) which would put the price at $351.02 instead. And then you could replace the ram and the case and end up with $323.12 (link).

Confirmation: PS4 is 300 dollars
Also no it won't, the price is already breaking 200 dollars just from 3/7 of the things it suggests, the reason it says 200 is because the others aren't connected to store prices, the other stuff isn't free.
You NEED a software like windows to game on pc so that's an absolute requirement on price.
@thereal25: Bloodborne and The Last of Us are never coming to pc except through illegal emulation far down the line.
Sony owns those ip and they are big ip.
FromSoft already said bloodborne isn't coming to pc
@putaspongeon:
Dude you are hung up on a single build and arguing nonsense. If you already had an os then its free. Steam os is free, linux is free. You can still buy a $40 copy of wi dows 7 and upgrade all the way up to ten for free.
For gods sake use your head.

Link or didn't happen, lowest I've seen is $340 and I just undercut that. If you are including a refurbished price for a PS4 then it is pointless to even regard your comments with any veracity at all.
No what won't? Are you that dense or did you not read a single thing I wrote? Why are you still going on about the "3/7 of the things" when I just explained to you the situation? Did you not click my link that showed that 7 products can equal 323 dollars? If you want it to be even more comparable to the PS4 I could even cut the price more to match the 500GB hard drive in the PS4 and have it be $315.
I could explain to you some things about Windows but as you don't seem like the type of person who would gain anything by attaining actual information it would be a pointless endeavor so I won't even bother.
