Why is this news ? It happens all the time.

The only reason people don't play games for the other console in here is because all the people in System Wars are teenagers whose parents won't buy them the other console. 99% of adult games I know own both consoles.

I'm sure Naughty Dog has played a halo game :o

Real gamers play everything...I am a huge fan of sony even a fanboy but I love playing great video games no matter what console it is on.

uncharted2 is that good i could see developers from bungie and the others jump ship. uncharted2 better have local coop

Seriously, if the developers you're buying your games from DON'T play a variety of games to boost both their own knowledge and enthusiasm about the medium that is video games, then those are the guys with problems.

Them being "caught" would imply that they were trying to hide, and judging from the pictures that is not the case. Developer life would be no fun if you could only play the games you create, and they, much like us gamers were simply just trying out an awesome game. I don't think it would be unwise to assume that a few or many ND developers have played a Halo game before and it's extremely fanboyish to be offended by this or to even think it's news-worthy. And yea, this was already posted like 10 hours ago.

Game developers can play any game they can get their hands on. There's no boundary.

At E3, I'm pretty sure developers will try out the different new games on display. And wasn't E3 like a few months ago, why is this being posted just now? ODSTDC?

There are a whole bunch of people who play other devs games, even if they work at another developer competing. So I don't see a problem.
