[QUOTE="jun_aka_pekto"][QUOTE="tormentos"] Is not that is cripple is actually a good GPU. But most people by steam stats have 560Ti,550Ti and integrated graphics, since the arguments here and in many other places is that PC are so powerful and that the PS4 is under power,is just basically silly that most gamers on Steam actually have hardware under power vs the PS4. People like 04dcarraher are the biggest joke such a strong damage control and all is because his PC us under power vs the PS4.JamDev
I'll stay from the damage control part since I'm quite sure the PS4 has a stronger GPU than the one in my PC. I'm not sure about the PS4's CPU yet. But, I am intrigued with the thought of all 8 cores working hard even at a lower clock speed. That one I'm keeping a close eye on.
You have to remember though that participation in Steam's Hardware Survey is completely optional. I've never participated in it ever and I'm sure there are many PC gamers like me who have no interest in such things. I keep Steam online just long enough to buy a game or get an update and then it's back offline. The Steam Hardware Survey is a good measurement for those who participated. But, we don't really know how accurate it is.
That's like here in Gamespot. I know quite a few flight simmers and they all have very godly PCs. But, you'll never see them here (at GS) because they don't consider the genre as "gaming." To them, it's a serious "hobby." I shake my head at that thought. I just go along with them rather than argue semantics. But, you get the idea. I believe the Steam Hardware Survey may not be representing some segments accurately.
Seems unlikely that the Steam survey would under-represent the PC enthusiasts, never been known as a group for shying away from posting their PC specs at every available opportunity. There's more non enthusiasts games on Steam then anything else.
