Lems be cried
Oh Polygon, this doesn't look good.
games still pretty fucked on pc apparently.
What are you talking about? The narrator nitpicks at the beginning, but at the end of the video he says "they look about the same".

So one is a 6.5 and the other is a 7?
So neither is worth picking up?
Sounds about right.
Then why are we even talking about this? The story here should be that for the first time in a long time CoD is not a worthwhile pickup on any platform.
PC and PS4 versions have framerate issues. One version has resolution issues. PS3 and 360 versions are last-gen and have their own issues. Looks like a good time to move away from CoD and onto BF4, KZ or whatever shooters are going to be available on your preferred platform NOT named CoD.
So, bottom line...Xbox One sacrificed not going full 1080p so that it could have a steady framerate. The PS4 went 1080p and can't keep a steady framerate. Still inconclusive. Either way, both consoles should be able to run this game at 60fps in 1080p, I have it for PC and even maxed out it looks only slightly better than Black Ops 2. Infinity Ward just sucks now. Loved the original Call of Duty, COD2, and the first Modern Warfare but then they just completely sold out and lost all respect.
BF4 runs at <5%FPS better on average on PS4 compared to Xbox One = Xbox One hardware issue.
CoD: Ghosts suffers from framerate drops on PS4 that don't exist on Xbox One = Lazy Devs.
BF4 is a much more demanding game than CoD: Ghost, which btw looks like ass across all platforms.

I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately I can't speak for the unwashed masses :(
This game sold something like 1 billion already, and people were surprised with the numbers GTA 5 put out when that was a much more deserving game? They should be much more surprised that COD still pulls out the sale numbers it does with so little change between yearly Iterations. Hell, black ops 2 did more to change it up than ghosts.
There's just so much better games already out and coming out.
We've already seen gifs of framerate drops for the X1 version.
frame-rate, gif? Da ****?
Can't tell apart from PS4 and Xbox One versions. But PS4 version suffers frame drops while the Xbox One version runs as smooth as a baby cows bottom. Add to this, guaranteed dedicated servers not being thrown into peer-to-peer from time to time as in PS4, this is the best version by far.
PS4 version has dedicated servers too lem. And they are the same as the Xbone's because they aren't using M$'s fake virtual servers that they want to pass as "dedicated". ;(
Sorry to disappoint you but PS4 gets a mix of dedicated servers hosted by Activison and peer-to-peer. Its a luck of the draw as to where you get thrown it. Xbox One get guaranteed dedicated servers on Live.

On the current-gen versions Ghosts looks nearly identical, though I did encounter occasional framerate issues during the single-player campaign on PS3 and PS4, whereas my time with the Xbox One version was stable throughout.

While the Xbox One version of Call of Duty: Ghosts has been confirmed by Activision to run at a lower resolution than its PS4 counterpart (720p upscaled to 1080p native, respectively), that numerical difference is less meaningful than you might imagine.
The two versions look nearly identical. Viewing the Xbox One release next to the PS4 ,
I had difficulty telling them apart. It's possible that the PS4 version looked somewhat sharper, but that may have just been my imagination after confirming the hard resolution difference.
The next-gen releases of Call of Duty: Ghosts are so close together that gun to my head, I'd have no confidence in being able to discern which version was which — at least, while the two are standing still.
The Xbox One release's framerate was far more noticeable. As mentioned in the initial review, Call of Duty: Ghosts suffers from consistent framerate drops on the PS4, especially during multiplayer when action got especially hectic. The Xbox One version suffered no such drops, maintaining a steady 60 frames per second throughout.
For a multiplayer shooter, framerate consistency is paramount. Given its relative visual parity with the PS4 release,
Call of Duty: Ghosts is a more playable, slightly superior (albeit disappointing) game on Xbox One.

nope. http://www.joystiq.com/2013/10/08/call-of-duty-ghosts-dedicated-servers-not-restricted-to-xbox-on/
Stay butthurt. ;(
I think what a lot of people fail to grasp is the price difference. Even if the Xbox One version is exactly the same as the PS4 version, they still lose. PS4 is $100 cheaper, and should be expected to run games worse than the Xbox One. The fact that this is not the truth for many games already is hilarious.
