Superman wins, he can stand the heath of the sun (the same sun that destroyed that oversized super saiyan), although goku can teleport, Superman is still has faster reaction and movement speed, superman can stand the vaccum of space and live without oxygen for prolonged periods (goku was threatened by Frieza that he could not survive on space due to his nature). And Dr. Manhattan would destroy goku and superman together let alone the barrage of cosmic entities found in diverse media.doubalfa

Think of it as a hierarchy, in Marvel there is one being who is completely and utterly unassailable in it's power and that is the One Above All.

It's not but due to the complete lack of remotely comparable power options it's the only thing DB as a whole can use to remotely attempt to take on higher verses without being completely fodderized (Slightly less so compared to DBZ but either way it still dies).

Last I checked Omega/Sin shenron was beatting the **** out of Goku
