seriously, I have had the worst luck with the Crapbox 360. And don't start trying to say I must have not taken care of it, it sits on an open glass shelf next to my TV and if I move it into another room it goes in the TV stands doorless cabinet thats atlest 2 feet wide, 2.5 feet deep and 2 feet wide, it's a nice square.

Meanwhile, I have had 2 PS3's (the original launch model died of YLOD within the first week, sony exchanged with a brand new one) Technically 3 because I purchased the Slim and moved my 60gb one upstairs so I had a blu ray player too and it had the benefit of playing some games while in bed. And one Wii.

To also add, I have had 1 DS, 1 DS lite, 1 3DS, 1 XL, 1 PSP 1000, 1 PSP 2000, 1 PS Vita so far too. Only reason for getting newer ones was to upgrade to better hardware, none of them ever died, ever had scratches. 

When all my other systems have had such low failure rates and the 360 was really high, I blame MS for it's CRAPPY hardware. I just stopped playing games with my friends on 360, told them they can play with me on PC or PS3 and I'm not dumping more money on MS.

I love my 360 but I have to agree PS3 had much more variety of game types to choose from and are still releasing new IP's this year. Have to agree MS only had two core games lately from burnt out franchises Halo and Gears Of War. Paying for Online is also BS.

I liked PS3 better than Xbox 360 this gen. Had a much better experience with PS3. Still loved Gears and Halo games though.
