Can you now admit you hate Nintendo's decision to make the Wii

Its been out 2 years and who are you kidding other than yourself. Why its selling like hotcakes its probably collecting dust on your bookcase.

Lets be real Motion Controls dont make games more fun, they just make them different . And was this really worth giving up Next generation technical capabilities ?

Knowing your system is 2 years deep into its life and doesnt have a game that looks graphically as good as Doom 3 on xbox....and probably wont have one as good looking as Kameo in its entire life.

The price thing is irrelevant considering the 360 offers next gen graphics @ $50 less than the wii.

Imagine what Nintendo could've done with Next gen hardware

-the next Zelda looking as good as God of War 3 (well without the bloody as its Nintendo)

-Metroid Prime 4 matching Killzone graphically

Dont even deny it you would've paid $350 for a next gen graphics on Nintendo's next gen system

its a shame Nintendo released the Wii considering 360 cost less and PS3 offers motion controls

All I'm hearing is "graphics graphics graphics" and I'm sick of it. I'm glad that Nintendo went in another direction this gen and apparently LOTS of other gamers are as well. Why are graphics so emphasised this gen? I'm enjoying games from the 8 and 16 bit era now that I've never played before and loving it.

If all one cares about is graphics then quit gaming and just watch movies.

At most, a solid Online Multiplayer interface.

TF2, CS:S and some RTS' are all i worry about outside of getting my Mario on.

They have not left the "core" gamer behind. They have released a lot of their core IPs within the first two years.

Also, if people actually bought games that weren't made by Nintendo on a Nintendo console, they wouldn't be complaining.

Also -- Wii Music isn't crap. Most people just jump on the bandwagon and call it crap without actually playing it -- its probably the same people who say Wii Fit is crap.

What did they not bring to the table yet that you are missing? So far I have gotten some core franchise games that I enjoy from mario, zelda and metroid.

EDIT: Read above after posted, and I still feel nothing is missing from their core.
