Hacking on console is a non issue while it's very impactful on the pc side. Your post with the console hacker is meaningless.

I've played plenty of mp on console and never seen a hacker and that's because there's much more to go through to get them working and much more to risk. Black ops 2 was the only matchmaking pc CoD that didn't have a lot of hackers.

I've played extensively on console and pc and I know others who have also and they all say that they've never seen a cheater on console but plenty on pc. This is one of those subject where hermits really show their illogical bias. I mean you actually have to resolder the freaking motherboard on the 360 to make cheating possible, then you have to download the hacks to pc and transfer to console, then you have to worry about your console being banned from online play if caught. On pc a cheater can have the cheat already downloaded and installed while the consolite is still figuring out which modding video is best to follow.

For the PC version of Call of Duty: Ghosts, it would appear that Infinity Ward has had enough of the hacking nonsense that's been running rampant for weeks.

The article he linked supports his claim. Notice how they don't mention there being any problems with cheating on console. So you think he's been lucky on console and unlucky on pc?

It's a simple fact that cheating is incredibly rare on console. The barriers of entry are much higher and the penalties much harsher.

Yup, it's a pretty good port. The single player runs at mostly 60 fps maxed out in 1080p with 2x supersampling on my rig.

I wish it had dedicated servers and a FOV slider for the SP though

That's incredibly low compared to the years before. Especially CoD:WaW and CoD games before it on PC. The first black ops MP broke 100,000 players the second day.

Most of the fanbase(pre-MW2) on PC have moved onto BF, CS:GO or still playing CoD4.

I got the best memories when it comes to CoD on PC.

No dedicated servers or a server browser. You take away that you take away all the community support.

Graphics and fps are better if you have the hardware but the small player base on pc means many modes are unplayable and then there's the pc versions cheating issues.

In no way have you addressed anything to do with the anti-cheat system nor have you posted any information regarding the anti cheat system. A fair number of your posts were off topic discussions about the ability to cheat/mod on a PC vs console.
