These are multiplayer pics, they had to cut down on the visuals for multiplayer so it can run better. The game looks way better in motion. The animations for the reloading weapons look really good.

Don't bother, most of the people on SW are too busy posting pics of Doom and Quake to listen to reason.
These crappy screenshots do nothing to showcase how the game would look in motion with component cables.
Everyone bashed Goldeneye for its graphics before it came out, and it turned out to be one of the Wii's better looking games.
So to be accepted amongst the most hardcore of sheep and see "reason". I'd have to be obedient and tear out my eyes?
No thanks (by the way, the fact that Quake 3 and Doom even comes close to a 2011 game is just freaking sad.)
First off I'm not a sheep. I own Sony, Sega and other systems. Second, I never said anyone had to be obedient or tear out their eyes. The screenshots look crappy, but so did the screen shots and the first trailer that was shown for Goldeneye before it came out.
In the end, Goldeneye turned out to be one of the best looking Wii games. Someone could find an excellent picture of Super Mario 64 and a crappy picture of Super Mario Galaxy 2 and start declaring that SM64 is the better looking game.
A bunch of crappy screenshots of a game that is still in development does not prove the game will be bad looking once it comes out. Think of how many times people have used this argument with Goldeneye and other Wii games and once the games come out, they are proven wrong.
I'm not going to sit here and say Conduit 2 will be the greatest looking Wii game when it comes out. Hell, it may very well be a pathetic looking game that would look bad even by PS2 standards.
But keep in mind that first Conduit was considered one of the better looking games on the Wii, so why would the second one fall short of reaching at least the level of the first one?
If the game looks bad when it comes out, then I'll have no issue if people want to rip it apart. Hell, I may even join in at that point.
But to bash a game when its still in development is pathetic. Of course Doom and Quake 3 may look better when you pick out the best screenshots you can find and put them up against some crappy pictures of a game that's still in development.
Hell, at that point you might as well just throw Wolfenstein 3D into the mix to complete the "ownage"
But the fact is, you're still not proving anything by doing that. Come back in April and try this again when the game has come out and we have something final we can judge the game by.
