Also, whereas the majority of development time in games last gen went into graphical presentation, art direction, bells and whistles; I believe that the majority of the development for Wii games is learning how to program for the controller and movements. Resources are shifted to other areas, is what I'm trying to say.

 Except in Quality, Conker>>>>>>>>>>.Sonic SR. Also i've played both games, even SR in 480p and Conker still looks better. Wii has the POTENCIAL to surpass Xbox visuals but don't be ignorant in thinking Sonic has achieved those. That's just plain stupid. wait for the final version of Mario.
Whether or not the game looks better, comparing it to a last gen. game will not do it justice. This thread had the only possibility to dig either a bigger hole for the Wii or sheep. Seriously...

It's true. I'm also a Wii owner and agree 100%. depending on weather or not the graphics suck is all up to personal preferance. Compared to other next-gen consoles...yes, the graphics just plain suck. But I for one think that Sonic and the secret rings has some pretty visuals despite the wii's shortcomings
