could u ever have wii as your only system?

Im doing it now, but as my only console. I have a DS as well. Theres just not enough games on the HD systems for me. I love the Wii, I dont even have enough time and money to play and get all of the games I want. So far its my 3rd favorite console, with N64 as first and PS2 as second.

God no not at all in anyway shape or form. It just has not got the games im interested in.

I sure could. The Wii is an excellent system, its sales and success are rightfully deserved. I only had a Wii and DS for a few years, then I grabbed a PS3 and PSP a few months ago, and now my gaming collection as far as consoles is complete.

i think taht this gen any true gamer should have 2 systems to get the most games.

but i had only a wii for a year or so and enjoyed it. so yes.

Hell no. There isn't a single game or group of games to even justify the price of a wii for me. If I did however win one or get one as a gift I'd get SMG and Metroid Prime 3. Thats about it.

The Wii is my only system I have this gen and I have no desire to get another console. It has great platformers, and a lot of unique nich titles to keep me happy. It actually is slowly becoming my favorite system ever.

Yes they do. I've seen people upset at the kiddy comments. And people making those comments are no better or worse than people claiming HD consoles only have shooters. Sports games, driving games, adventure games, RPGs, there is an absolute abundance in all of the main genres.

it works both ways but the hd consoles have an abundace of way too many shooters we can all agree on that.

and the wii does not have a limited library or a "kiddy"library i reallly dont even know what that means truthfully.

I guess I could, I'd constantly be envious about all the games not coming to the Wii, and I doubt I would game more than 1-2 times a month except for when a SMG came out i.e next week or if a Zelda game were to ever come out again. Other than that my Wii would pretty much just collect dust seeing how those are pretty much the only two games/series that Nintendo has that I really care about (no I am not a Metroid fan).

I guess some could. There's plenty of quality titles on the Wii to keep you satisfied if you look hard enough. Personally though, I could not rely on it alone. Far too many games I would miss out on.
