2014 GOTY was Shadow of Mordor it was scored 8/10. Dragon Age Inquisition came out the same year and got a 9/10 from the reviewer.

A review is the reviewers opinion of what they played. It doesn't have to be the same as anyone else's. TLOU got PS3 GOTY because McShea did the review but the awards are voted on by more staff. He was outvoted. Its not a hard thing to understand bro.

Still think the downgrade king has to be Ubisoft's lamentable snooze simulator Watch Dogs.
