lol yep. I am sure it looks good, but I HIGHLY doubt it will beat Uncharted 2, especially since i noticed frame rate dips on the 360 demo vids people put up. That said I am very excited to play Crysis 2 multiplayer and singleplayer the way it was meant to be played, on a PC ;).

The third person perspective allows them to cheat textures by being further away, looking at anything close up reveals the flaws. Also many believe the cut-scenes use in game graphics but they do not. Take a look a Nathans face in actual gameplay compared to the cut-scenes, not the same.

God of War 3 is most likely the best looking console game, as KZ2 abuses motion blur and dark colors to hide bland textures.

The 360 demo graphics are awesome. I still see little things in there that I have not seen on consoles before such as the awesome lighting, foliage/vegetation, physics (cutting down some branches), texture, etc... Uncharted 2 looks great no doubt but if you actually compare each game's multiplayer graphics side by side this demo edges it ever so slightly.

As a matter of fact didn't someone mention that this was a pretty old build and that for the final game that textures would be improved upon even more? But again whether they do or not I still think this demo is a bit more visually impressive. From what I've seen from the demo the visuals just give you that photorealistic vibe which you don't get from UC2. To me that right there is what separates this game from UC2.

well, Uncharted 2 is pretty crisp in single player, 1280x720p with 2x MSAA.

But in multiplayer, Uncharted 2 has no AA.

UC2 has 2xAA in the Single Player.

You do know that 1.) Crysis 2 will be using DX11 and 2.) the console versions of Crysis 2 are using a mix of medium and low settings in addition to the complete lack of AF and the gratuitious pop-in? I think we're good... :P
