Short Campaign.

Empty Characters.

VTOL flying section is the worst driving section in a game I've ever seen.

Shallow Multiplayer.

I'm guessing you were still in Utero when Half life came out?

It's a decent fun game, but best FPS ever? You have to be kidding me.

Well, okay, it's a matter of prefference. I also really liked its sandbox gameplay, but they completely screwed the game up with the few last levels.

This is so true.

The first few levels were awesome. Your basic jungle sandbox stuff.

Then after about 2 hours they just completely interrupt the flow, and it's not nearly as fun. Then after about another 2 hours it's over.

they had to go linear near the end to advance the narrative and set up the game for the sequels... I saw it coming to be quite honest... If they are designing it as a trilogy, they probably have a story set up. So... considering the first part of the game was only sparcely scattered story, I assumed the ending would need to be more narative driven and focused so they could set up the sequel.

My GOD,the graphics and sound,it's just totally unbelievable.Playing crysis in high settings.wearing some nice high end headphones and roaming the jungle,you just witnessed one of the most immersive gaming you will EVER have.

I have never ever played a single player FPS for a second time but crysis changed it.I would just load up crysis to have some "fun in the jungle" and a couple of hours would pass without even realising.
