Not to mention they completely lack tactical shooters now. REAL tactical shooters, not the former shadow of them like RSV and GRAW. I don't think they get turn-based strategy games either. Their RTS selection is rather dull also.

Why would you need a new computre, only upgrade a few parts or 1 part and your good to play. There is plenty of games to play on PC other then Crysis.

The crysis hype reminds me of the Doom 3 hype back when it was the best looking game by far and no other game look even looked even close as good.

Know what happened it came out and it came out sucking.. So don't hype games on graphics.

Yeah? How often do knew consoles come out? If I were to buy a top of the line gaming rig how much would that cost and how long would it take until I had to upgrade it?

It would last as long as you wanted to. If you bought a high-end rig this fall, it will be running games with better visuals or visuals on par with consoles until the next, next gen console comes out. Which will be what, 3-5 years. Who knows.

Do you actually believe theirs just as big of a selection of qaulity RTS's on consoles as there is on the PC? Your kidding yourself. It's dull compared to the PC's.

Probably 4 years. So yes, you would. Will you be able to run the games maxxed out that come out 3 years from now? No. Will you be able to run games at settings that are at least on par with consoles, most likely better? Yes.

Yeah. I'd like to add that once you build your first PC, PC gaming gets much cheaper. You don't have to buy a new case, OS (usually), HDD, CD/DVD drive, PSU (usually) or any of that other extra stuff. It ends up being fairly cheap actually.
