Casuals love Halo, and Halo will sell a lot. But everyone (except casuals) will know that Crysis will be a better game then Halo.

And btw Blizzard games are very popular and sell well, and that trend will continue.

200,000 people go to a stadium to whatch a single game being played....thats as many people that go watch a sporting event.....

No, I'm just trying to point out you just argue that you "have a feeling" Halo 3 will sell more. It's natural since you're a huge fan. But there's no logical justification for that feeling.

If I recall correctly, which I do, someone said Starcraft will outsell Halo before I made a retort. If you'll notice, Starcraft isn't even supposed to be in this thread. My "feeling" was only a retort to sumeone elses no more qualified "feeling" they had when they decided to drudge up Starcraft to defend Crysis with...

Spartan ... Halo is not the most popular game of all time, not by a long shot ... its just one systems key franchise with way too much marketing for its own good.

I think you both should just wait. I GAurentee Warcraft 4 would outsell Halo 3 if its announced, having both WC3's Fanbase and WoW's.

Crysis definitely has the potential to sell more than Halo 3, the PC gamer userbase is estimated to be 20x bigger than the 360 userbase.

I honestly don't see why so many people think a fledgling next-gen console has a larger userbase than PC gaming.

Halo 3 is going to murder it, only in sales because casuals but it.eastside49er
