Their PR DOES deal with how they are handling the games release with Nintendo systems and it isn't helping their cause when they spew crap like they stick by their "system seller for Wii U" nonsense. So no, it isn't irrelevant.[QUOTE="nintendoboy16"]
[QUOTE="The_Power_of_X"]I'm not going to bother responding to all of that because it is clear that I am just going to continue receiving emotional rants instead of a response. It is clear Nintendo fans uphold a double standard towards third parties as they trash them for behaving a certain way then go onto praise Nintendo for doing the same thing. Ubisoft's PR's issue is irrelevant because it really doesn't have anything to do with the game itself and yes they did increase the game's value. They added not just one or two new levels, they added thirty, THIRTY, new levels. That is thirty more than there would have been had the game stayed exclusive to the Wii U.
What does GTA5 have to do with anything? Last time I checked there hasn't been an announcement for a PC version let alone a Wii U version for GTA5 so I'm not seeing the connection here. Isn't Nintendo widely known for hosting light hearted cartoony games on its consoles? If anything the presence of GTA5 on the market and the lack of a Wii U version can only be good for Rayman Legends on the Wii U. It would have enough space to breathe and it is not like the games target the same demographic.
The_Power_of_X
Rayman Legends and GTA V (the latter sells tens of millions compared to the former series and has FAR more hype) release around the same time. What's not to understand?
PR talk means nothing outside of internet forums. So yes it is irrelevant. Again, Rayman and GTA 5 appeal to different demographics and GTA 5 isn't even coming to the Wii U. Did the release of high profile games on the PS3/360 ever comprimise the sales of any Wii games? No. Then why would it be any different for the Wii U? No need to hope. It does absolutely nothing to stand out or above any other shooter on the market today. Anyone who has played any of the 3 Killzone titles knows this.

It doesn't need to stand out any more than it already does. Killzone is good for 2 to 3 million sales each release and that is fine. As is Sony, which is why each entry gets lower scores and lower sales. HD is just resolution. All of my Wii-U games run at 720p at the least. Only pathetic thing here is your jabs at Nintendo.
I have reasons for wanting them to leave, rather than being a third party, Sanim. I just don't see them keeping that good reception (whatever they have left) if that ever does happen. I make the SEGA comparison because like Nintendo, they once left a high impact in the gaming industry. Now, SEGA, due to the events when and after they went third party, are seen as a joke. Don't even get me started on the different audiences the other consoles have that for the most part just don't care about Nintendo.Lol Nintendoboy would rather have Nintendo burn and die than go third party. Yeah the sales for Sony exclusives did get lower for sequels, but that happens with franchis fatigue. Only COD and Assassin's Creed seem to be immune from that. Enjoy your cartoon games at sub 1080p with poor 3rd party support playing the same games I played 20 years ago.

Uncharted - Averages over 5 million per entry
Killzone 2 - 3 million. Killzone 3 sold over 2 million
Little Big Planet - 5 million, Little Big Planet 2 - 3 million
God of War III - 4 millon +
Gran Turismo - 9 million +
Heavy Rain - 2 million + for an extremely niche game
Resistance: Fall of Man - 4 million +, Resistance 2 - 2 million +, Resistance 3 was a failure, but still sold over a million.
Infamous 1 and 2 have sold over 4 million.
You are obviously ignorant about the sales of Sony exclusives because of failureas like Starhawk, PS All-Stars and last God of War. Overall Sony first party studios do just fine.
Why would anyone want Dark Souls on Wii U? I would hope that most people that bought a Wii U aren't using it as their primary console. :?mems_1224
Yeah I don't think most people can afford to spend $350 on console that will only have about 10 worthwhile games and that is only if you are Nintendo crazy. Sony and Microsoft are much better options.

Doesn't look like he's bashing the Wii U here. Just pointing out that anyone who's serious about playing games like Dark Souls (or almost anything but Nintendo games) wouldn't have a Wii U, with no other gaming console or PC available. Just like with the Wii.

On Friday night, Dark Souls II was announced for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, but not the Wii U. Now, gamers have launched an online petition at Change.org to bring the role-playing game to Nintendo's first high-definition console. It has netted 3,204 signatures thus far.
Dark Souls II will also be "more straightforward and more understandable," according to new director Tomohiro Shibuya.

For someone with a gif of the Armoured Boar as their avatar you don't seem to know s**t.
Dark Souls II was announced at least 4 months ago, and we've known the platforms for just as long since the website was up and showing them at the bottom of the page.
Nothing was announced on friday, they reveal gameplay footage, that is not an announcement, they also did a Q&A with IGN that cleared up that they didn't actually mean easier, just to give more focus to the core concepts of the game.
"I" didn't make this report....DUMBASS IDIOT FOOL. There is a link to the information I posted you dumbfvck, back the hell back.

That's why the inventory menu is transparent. Having just the inventory on the gamepad is inherently inferior to the current setup because you couldn't see what's going on in-game. If they mirror the image with transparent inventory menus with the game running on the gamepad, too, then it'll just be a redundancy. I like the idea of off-screen play which might go well if you just have to get up and do something, but you have to keep an eye on your character, obviously only within a short distance. I like the thought of Mii-verse integration that the Wii U would add, that somebody else brought up. It is also a little worrying to think about though since hints and communication within the game are vague for a reason. Also, I'm sure for quite sometime after it (theoretically) happens you'll just see "Praise the Sun" and Sunbro pictures/messages.

Question is, If Nintendo did get all of the multiplats, would those people actually get another console?
It seems like most of the time when someone gets a Nintendo console they get another console mostly because the Nintendo console won't get most of the multiplats the other systems get. Otherwise why not have a Nintendo system as a main console?
3rd party Developers are primarily the sole reason why other people choose another console over Nintendo, and it's been like this since the N64.

I haven't played Dark Souls, but I have played Demon's Souls, and the game would be much, much better on a mouse/keyboard. It would also be better on the Wii U's tablet, seeing as how you can't pause the game. Having the menus on a second screen would be pretty ideal. Please Log In to post.
