lol, you're kidding, right? Three or four guys on System Wars desperately tried to get Darksiders on the radar of gamers. Not even normal folk, but gamers who should have known about the game!

Hmmm sounds a little underrated. Ive played it a good 2-3 hours so far and i would give it a 8.5 right now. I dont get how the controls are complex, the weirdest part of the controls was to go into beats mode(not its real name) You press L1 and R2, besides that everything is basic action game controls.

Solid score, the more I watch this game, the more I just want GoW3. So Ill just play GoW2 and wait. Ill look for an amazon sale for this and Bayonetta.

I don't know what Bizarro-world alternate universe you're living in, but where I come from this game got virtually no attention until just recently. Meanwhile Bayonetta was the second coming all through the latter half of last year.

And similar hype levels are not grounds for a comparison anyway, not with multiplats in different genres. The reason you (or lemmings, at least, I don't know if you're for real) are trying to compare these games is simply that Bayonetta is better on 360 and Darksiders is better on PS3.

Seems a bit low. I honestly think game sites should revise how they handle hybrid games. Deus Ex, Fable, and Darksiders (among others) catch a lot of flak because they are straddling two different genres. Action fans think that Darksiders isn't robust enough. Adventure fans think that Darksiders needs more elaborate puzzles and more towns with people to visit. Neither are fully satisfied because they are holding Darksiders, a game of an entirely different genre, to the standards of their purist genre.Vandalvideo

Imo fable doesn't catch flak because of this, because fable games are critically acclaimed, what fable does catch flak for is being overhyped.
