This is the first game where every single ability to get when upgrading is viable and/or very substantial.

I spent like 30 minutes trying to spend my first, second and third point.

@tormentos: The funniest part about your damage control tormy is that you who has been here for 16yrs know that GS score matters here, and It got a 5, if you want to use Metashitics scores then go to the Metashitc forums (do they have them?)

While you're on Metashitic tormy can you look and see how many PlayStation specific sites gave it a 9 and come back and tell us lol.

The complaints levied against the game in regards to it's under-developed story and protagonist is rather silly, as I'm not particularly expecting a story driven "zombie" game. Does the game play well? Is it fun? That's what I expect from a zombie game.

Its a Sony first party title and we ALL know that story comes first and that's how they get rated.

Live by the sword, then you get rated by the sword lol.

That's why most reviews have become nothing but useless banter either for or against a game. There are some many times I read review and then play the game large portions of the game is entirely redacted because the reviewer was overly obsessed about one feature they loved or hated.

But apparently you are with the damage control. :)

Frankly sea of thieves was already played to death in beta, state of decay 2 is more of cheapo game and I doubt many people were waiting for crackdown 3.

Days gone on the other hand was hyped like crazy, and playstation thrives on these type of games, spiderman was not bad, but this is not like the days with hzd and god of war. Apparently days gone is not much more than a run of the mill zombie shooter, and that without co op

The game flopped so did those 3 from MS no excuse or damage control can fix that.

And i can certainly quote many lemmings hipping those 3 from MS and defending the games after they flopped..lol

I have 16 years here so i am old here to know enough a thing or 2 of this place.

'1-Gamepost score as only source is only to determine if the game is a FLOP and a hype thread most be made first,no hype thread no flop.

You can't flop a game that didn't have a hype thread.

2-Outside of that you can use which ever score you like to compare games,and no rule on this site says other wise.

@uitravioience: From what I've heard the shooting is subpar and the game loop is way too repetitive for a 60h game. There's also several complaints about the progression system. Plus technical issues.

This game was good. Its just that people don't like zombies anymore. I'm pretty sure this game sold more than World War Z which itself is also about zombies. Because of this I don't think Dying Light 2 won't sell much. Probably below 5 million copies being sold.
