Thats a shame but I'll still play it no matter what.  The Chinnese Room are probably my favorite indie devs next to a few others like Friction,  but I think its very weird taht they wont release it on PC.  The Chinese Room got most of their exposure through the pc.

PC has more 4x more exclusives (aaa-aa) than any single console.

PC hassteals the most exclusives from other systems, and gets the best version of said multiplat.

And then "so I cant see us not returning to PC, or doing whatever we can to keep that fan base as we owe them a great deal.. When in reality they already shafted all that fanbase, so "keeping that fan base" is very lol, as they just lost most of it.This sounds pretty bad to me, like theyre trying to appease pc gamers just in case their console adventure fails financially (the way Journey destroyed its developer) and they still have place to fall back on. The problem is that after this I dontr think there will be much fanbase for them to come back to. Not after this. They will need to rebuilt that relationship from scratch and that wont be easy.

I'm just glad Frictional is the one who controls the Amnesia IP, because otherwise The Chinese Room would propably cancel PC version of Machine for Pigs and move it to PS4 just to gather more favor with Sony.

It will probably barely sell. Indie games only sell on the pc. Due to pc gamers being open minded. Console gamers just want Call Of Duty.

Not sure where he got those exact numbers, but it's no secret that the PC gets more games in general, and more highly rated exclusives than all consoles combined, and always has. The release lists are out there. I'm not going to bother digging them up, because it's common knowledge. At least, it is among people who aren't console fanboys who put on an anti-PC act on forums to try to piss people off. 

Anyway, I never really heard anything of this game. Guess I'll go back to playing the still-exclusive and genre-defining Amnesia.

I think publishers want you to buy it on one of these first and then on the PC too.
