Death Stranding no longer a Walking Sim...

So just watched 10 minutes of the trailer and in all honesty I gotta ask, is this a joke or wtf is going on with this game!??? Looks beyond dull and yeah other people have already mentioned the ton of ridiculous things wrong with this game, but seriously collecting likes for your rope??? Wtf!

Dark souls is once of the best games every made yet your face will be just like that while playing somtimes

It looks like they gave him a ton of money to do whatever he wanted and had no one to rein him in whatsoever.

Its just a collection of mini-games glued together with nothing substantial in the middle. This is going to be a disaster and I feel silly for being sucked in by the cutscenes.

Why watch/play it if its gonna take half way through to get fun according to Kojima? Why would I want to sink time into it in the hopes it gets fun?

Watching Death Stranding is so sad for me as an old school gamer. We live in these horrible times of walking sims, cinematic games and casual sheep multiplayer. Most people just play Fortnite or CoD on PS, Sony doesn't do online games anymore, while Kojima lost a couple of brain screws. I'm starting to think IQ levels are dropping and people are just becoming zombies.

Gears of war for example I dont want. But I'm smart enough to know he has enough factors to not generally be considered a bad game. Just not a very great one

I think you like myself stand on your own 2 legs and understand nobody buys you games or platforms so scores, awards given by others do not influence your entertainment choices. We are a rare breed these days it seems. I love MG and MGS but I have been so disappointed by Death Stranding reveal and Kojima saying we need to play half of it before it gets fun. Will you just let it go and if you notice from the vid at Tokyo Game Show, they are discussing this game has flaws and it's not doing anything justice is what they are trying to tell you. As for me, I'm not gonna dismiss DS has flaws, but I for one still want to play it day one and no, I'm not hype, but still it looks interesting what's been shown so far.
