Are people this delusional? Consoles do not have any kind of special unique architecture anymore.. They are closed system pc's that can be classified as entry level at best.. What ever the developers can do they have to work with that in mind and they are going to have to cut corners....

Not only that, but just a few days back he was declaring CoD:BO3 to be graphically superior to SW:BW since the MP because of 900p. I guess CoD:BO3 is now also graphically superior to UC4.
It's pretty clear that's a CGI trailer heavily dolled up. In game engine doesn't mean it's running real time. It's clearly pre rendered and has a lot of post going on.
Look at the downgrades they had to give Uncharted 4 already. You're living in a delusional fantasy land if you think the game will look anything like that trailer.

I think what he was implying was that because the game is nearly entirely scripted, they could use resources normally reserved for games and turn it into a CG movie with QTE.

@Wasdie: The SP footage of UC4 doesn't look downgraded at all. Remind me to post the Gearnuke comparison. Yes the framerate is at 30 now as I always knew it would be. But graphically they have matched it.

The first gameplay was downgraded from the BS debut trailer.

It was still hilarious seeing cows meltdown and denial. The lighting was vastly inferior.
I also love how a gigantic reduction in framerate turns out to be something trivial. Even if the game ends up looking the same a 50% slower framerate indicates a colossal downgrade.
This will totally be like the best thing evah! Lets ignore what the hardware is capable of and go go go with the pre-rendered footage .... I mean Sony wouldn't ever show something in a trailer and then not have it be like that in the game right? right?

I reckon Sony builds some kind of memory wiping device into each console. It's the only explanation for so many apologists after so much bullshit.
What jelly? Jelly like how Killzone turned out? The Order? [Insert console graphics king here] From past experiences, these games never look anywhere near the screenshots, or the presentations, running on an actual console. I wouldn't be suprised if that footage is running on a 5000 dollar PC.
