It certainly looks nice for pre-rendered video.

One thing I don't really understand is why are the augmentations so advanced in comparison to the original (keeping in mind yes there were nano augmentations in the first), despite it being a prequel?...

I hope there is more to this game then just action. Deus Ex is the best game ever, if this game keeps the RPG elements from Deus ex and manges to have better action as well, then it will be the new best game ever.

I own the first two games but I've never played them. Apparently the first is really good but the second.... not so much. I'll have to try and play through them one of these days because this game looks awesome. Looks like it could translate well into a movie unlike most game to movies.Zero5000X

Wow.. trailer has me hyped. I'm lovin some of those augmentations. I'm not sure if they'll all make it in the game, but they sure are entertaining to watch in a cutscene :)

Yeah, it happened with the second Star Wars trilogy aswell. Those movies were prequels but everything looked more advanced :?

But it´s not important as long as the game ends up being great :)

When i think of Deus Ex, I dont think of killing people and blowing stuff up, I think of epic moments like this

The trailer was great and seems to be much better then Invisible war

Looks surprisingly epic. All that matters though, is if it can retain the qualities of the first game, that being incredibly open and intelligent fps/rpg gameplay, as well as a highly engaging conspiracy story with memorable characters.

Also, is it just me, or is there a somewhat japanese feel to the tech? The black armored suit look reminds me of metal gear, though it's not a bad thing, in fact it looks very neat. Another thing, soes anybody remember those pics that the devs "supposedly" showed, that were Deus Ex 3 gameplay snapshots? They looked absolutely horrible, it had like some Team Fortress 2 art style- based on this trailer, it looks like those were definately fake, or maybe they just changed it.

Lol, that character model looks too cartoony, I hoped they changed that. The second pic definately has a Metal Gear vibe though (the tanker from MGS2).
