@thepclovingguy: But those are Ultra settings. He said it looked worse then medium which according to DF isnt true.

I wonder if my dual 980Ti Strixs will be hamstrung at 2560x1080.
Should be no problem. I've found the switch from 1080p to 2560x1080 to be not too taxing for hardware (you lose about 4-5 frames per second). So you should be all good.
How are you enjoying 21:9 for PC gaming ? ^^

Its great, only game I've had trouble is Fallout 4 but thats a given. Mafia 2 though crashs but I think thats a Windows problem.
Has the foliage been stripped of all leaves on the Xbox One, because they are distinctly missing from those screen shots.
Nixxes doing work. They're pretty respectable when it comes to ports. PC guys get a good deal here. Bodes well for the future PS4 version which will no doubt be the definitive console edition. It only has to not have the shitty input lag to be 100% better and that's before any frame rate advantage and graphical disparity. Seems to be exclusive to Xbone for some reason, not on the 360 version and now not in the PC version. Weird.
Anyway, in Nixxes we trust.
@quadknight: Not true actually the XB1 is mostly equivalent to PC high settings.
Minus shadow and AF hopefully they don't gimp the PS4 version.
Not really. Tesselation is absent for the most part aside from snow deformation. Dynamic foliage is medium. AF is probably around 4X. Sun Soft Shadows are non-existent. It's sitting between medium and high.
