Diablo III VS FFXIII, both are RPG, which one you think will be the better one?

Me personally really believe Diablo III will sell 2 or 3 times more than FFXIII. You know my reason? Because the main character on FFXIII is a woman, why they make it a woman, it's like playing FFX-2 all over again(FF X is the best FF series for me by the way, but FFX-2 it's just so....(i don't know the best word to prescribe my opinion to this game)). Xbox 360 would be better to have FFXIII Versus than FFXIII, but maybe i'm wrong, i don't know. It's just that 'm uncomfortable playing a game as a girl(what will my friend thinks?).

Huh? Since when can games "pretend"? It seems like you're ascribing human characteristics to inanimate objects. Diablo fans have hyped D3 as the second coming, FF fans have hyped FF13 as the second coming. You only see one side of the coin because you hate FF.

Personally I think it's ridiculous, they are two totally, totally different games. I can say the story and cutscene work in FF13 will probably decimate D3, and the overall co-op gameplay and sheer amount of hours that will be pumped into it, D3 will decimate FF. One will cure my story jones, the other will cure my button-mash/loot jones. Either way both are going to be fantastic. Any word on how long FF13 is supposed to be?? It had better be at least 25 hours, and by that I mean 25 real hours, not 25 game reviewer hours. If I finish FF13 in 12 hours there will be hell to pay I tell you.

i think that if the final fantasy 13has a man as the main character wouldn't have any difference. i delive that the final fantasy 13will be the best jrpg this gen

Hmmm, I would say it's a toss up, but Diablo III gets my vote. Though not by much.

I'm not a huge fan of JRPGs, but I'm also not a fan of mindless action RPGs, either.

I think FFXIII will be better, if only because it's pretty much guaranteed to be a finely-crafted epic - and I'd prefer that over another randomised hack'n'slash RPG (Diablo 2 was extremely addictive, but also painfully dull, now that I think about it).

There's more than one playable character in FF13(just like any FF). And regarding the highlight, you'll just be playing one of the most hyped games this generation?

Well, Daiblo 3 is the worst thing that could happen to Diablo series, a WOW art in Diablo universe ? What were they thinking ? I hope it sells only one copy and they remake it with REAL Diablo art

So, FF13 easilly, plus it is a true RPG, not a hack&slash game with stats with drops

Diablo 3. It may be lighter on storyline, but with the multiple classes and the deep customization within each class through skill trees and loot, I'll be playing it long after FFXIII is collecting dust on my shelf.

Heck, Diablo II still sells to this date and you can find a Diablo Battlechest set on most store shelves that have a game section. Blizzard would have to seriously screw up the series for Diablo 3 not to be one on the top selling games when it's released.

Diablo, just because I'm tired of FF games. There hasn't been a really decent one since the PS days.

I have some doubts FF13vs will stay PS3 only, but makes no difference to me tbh, still with all the support for 360 and the state of economy worldwide, i guess they will be forced to make everything multi, Star Ocean 4 too

Yeah I really wouldn't be surprised. I couldn't care less about exclusives, although they are fun. If a company goes multiplat, it means more money for them. So it's a win/win for gamers.

I wouldn't worry, this is a main title in the Final Fantasy series. X-2 was an awful sequel (unfortunately directed by the same person)
