DICE > Infinity Ward.

Weren't PC gamers utterly castigating DICE just a couple months ago for delaying BF1943 for PC until after consoles, and before that for making the "consolized" BF1943 in the first place?

BF series except heroes > every CoD after CoD2.

DICE has always been better than Infinity Ward, IMO. It's not because of Bad Company though, while it did help. I've loved DICE since the beginning, but Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 put them over Infinity Ward for me.

Don't no one fall under the pretense that DICE is the savior of all that is true and just in the world just because they took the opportunity to get some free PR. As has been mentioned, acta non verba. They've already decided to leave prone out, again. Those who pre-order will get multiplayer cheats. So the "acta" part is already looking a bit iffy. And where is BF3 already? Battlefield 2 will be almost five years old by the time of BC2's release.

People who pre-order do not get multiplayer cheats, they simply unlock a few items/weapons earlier, which normal players will unlock at a latter level.

Oh, and for the record, Mirror's Edge kinda sucks in my opinion. I appreciate the unique idea and artstyle... but the game is so frustrating.carljohnson3456

No, because the only way to universally judge a game based on its quality is through review scores. Of course everyone has there own opinion, but if we left it at that, none of these review sites would exist. So let me rephrase this. You would be ignorant to think that Battlefield Bad Company is of the same quality as COD 4 based on review scores.

Yup. But, I've played all of the Battlefield games, Mirror's Edge, and the Call of Duty games excluding Roads to Victory and Finest Hour, which I never got around to playing.

Every since I played BF2 DICE has been the best FPS developer imo.

It's not a cheat. Cheating would be if they gave out modded controllers. This is just giving people who pre-ordered an few extra weapons that are avaliable to everyone who plays.

Totaly agree. Love the Battlefield series. I just don't have the first bad company, but anticipating the second because its finally on PC!

Although I never played it online, I found Battlefield BC to be very repetitive... unfortunately, one of the few games I've been so bored with that I stopped playing before completing.carljohnson3456

Oh wow, I thought I was the only one who thought that Dice > Infinity Ward.

I mean I looked at Bad Company 2 and I near exploded, the destructible environments are even cooler than BC:1. I mean just about EVERYTHING is destroyable, I make a point of this because it gives a feeling of satisfaction when you shoot at stuff and it breaks realistically, the graphics are SEXY. And all the vehicles are awesome. Sound effects are beautiful. Etc, Modern Warfare 2, sure it looks awesome and ill buy, but no doubt BC:2 > Modern Warfare 2.

To bad Bad Company 2 isnt a hype machine. lol No Doubt Modern Warfare 2 will receive 9.3+ across the boards, Bad Company 2, eeee....I dont want to think about it.
