It does. But the people that use it dont revive dead teammates right next to them. They're in it for teh kills Same thing for Enemy Territory.Rambo medics suck. i remember when BC2 released people would be in-game asking "where is the heavy weapon's class?"[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"]

I wonder if the conosle version of BC2 has the medic in it, you know, that guy who has to heal others.

With the terrible squad chat system the lack of mics, party chat, and no way to write to eachother was this actually a surprise? If they add the old Q system from BF2 it would be perfect.

Can't say I'm surprised. The PC version has more players per round, which would increase the numbers quicker regardless of community.
I play mostly on the PS3, 360 with friends occasionally, and there's team work. Less of it, I guess, but my experience with the game on the PC was a bad one. The few lobbies I got into had over eager medics that couldn't learn there are times you shouldn't revive someone. It was so infuriating that I just left and played Team Fortress 2.

You don't need a mic to figure out if a teammate needs health or ammo. If someone behind me needs ammo, but cant say so, how would i know, should i turn my back round to give him ammo without getting killed. With the terrible squad chat system the lack of mics, party chat, and no way to write to eachother was this actually a surprise? it's even funnier that your making fun of people who don't play video games as much as you? Because that is basically all I'm getting from this? Congrats, you spend more time playing video games. You win.

Perhaps they shouldn't be behind you.
Or you could just throw down your ammo supply in a close/safe spot, so then they wouldn't HAVE to ask for it, just go to it.
both the consoles have more hours put into bc2 than PC. How does that factor into your poorly thought out argument, and im not exactly sure how you came up with it in the first place?it's even funnier that your making fun of people who don't play video games as much as you? That "goal" was revealed just a few days ago iirc.
So no, considering BFBC2 focuses a lot on teamwork, it's just people playing the wrong way ;)
[QUOTE="GTSaiyanjin2"]
Probably just a lot less people playing it.... there are other shooters you know like Halo and COD.
tagyhag
They have more people playing on the consoles than on the PC.
Isn't that stat for all time, not since the december 22? Where are you getting these stats becasue the one on the BC2 website is for all-time, I think.

the day this challenge is announced is irrelevant, if less people are trying to accomplish the requirements for the challenge than it is going to take longer. No?Or maybe not nearly as many people bought the expansion on each console as on PC? I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.
Someone on Joystiq compiled these stats when PC unlocked the map a few days ago:

Is this really something to brag about? You pc elites are getting desperate trying to assume your complete power over gaming.

Desperate? Elites? Its a well known fact that:
PC > Consoles
No desperation needed;)
I have a pc but you do not see me trying posting everywhere about how great it is. It is so awsome it hasn't had a game of the year on gamespot since 2006. But I will play a long, I will start bowing now just to make you feel better.
Yes, i guess all the chart music is better than rock bands too because its more popular?

I think that is for all of BC2, not just Vietnam.

There is more people playing on consoles than on PC.
If the challenge was revealed just a few days ago it means noone was "trying to accomplish the requirements" for it before.
Explain these conditions, genius. It's not irrelevant :|
Lmao typical pc elitists, always trying to find something to boast about. Makes me laugh._Cadbury_
Because as we all know when something good happens for the consoles there's no console fans that boast about it.
Only PC fans boast about positive things about their platform.

Aww..someone doesn't want to admit that he's wrong. There's more to gaming than the mainstream.

yeah I know but I doubt there any more popular than the ones I named. Think on the PC counter strike 1.6 is still the most popular one. BF is is usually more popular on the PC anyways.

I don't recall mentioning anything about console fanboys. I'm just here to have a laugh at the pc elitists.Specially since in the actual BFBC2 game 360 gamers got more kills, more team actions...ect then the PC version by something like 20 million....Is this really something to brag about? Console players don't know what the word "Team" means probably... They are all just lonegunners.JohnF111Huh? I drop meds and ammo, spot targets, trace armor & helos, use UAVs to suppress AA, and cover armed crates from the side to prevent flanking. Do those things not count as Teamwork?

I'm always a medic to revive people. :) This is my big objective when i play.
Same here. I'm not for teh kills, I might be for teh points but atleast I'm helping my teammates and squadmates and reviving everyone I see, even if it means dying.Specially since in the actual BFBC2 game 360 gamers got more kills, more team actions...ect then the PC version by something like 20 million....[QUOTE="WilliamRLBaker"][QUOTE="15strong"]

BFBC2 console gamers must not know how/when to calculate averages.

Aww..someone doesn't want to admit that he's wrong. There's more to gaming than the mainstream.
It has nothing to do with the game being mainstream, and everything in the fact that it's hard to argue for/against a game hardly anyone has played.
I could say Faxanadu is the best Action/RPG game ever made, but it'd be hard to prove it if I'm the only one in the discussion who's ever played the game.

Im not going to throw around ammo for the sake of doing so, you honestly dont see a problem when someone cant ask for ammo in the first place? Its like playing a soccer game with people just standing there expecting to get the ball, instead of asking for it and making you show yourself. Lack of communication=lack of teamwork, this is dice fault, if they included the system they had for 2152 and bf2 pressing q and asking for this and that, it would be alot easier. Instead of seeing some dude walk up to you and shoot you in the face to make it obvious that they need ammo,[QUOTE="lowe0"][QUOTE="JohnF111"]Console players don't know what the word "Team" means probably...
