DiRT eats Motostorm for breakfast!!

It's on PS3...We get them both!;)

just finished playing the demo, and it is by far the best racer this gen. Great music, the menu is very sleek and stylish, and the graphics are absolutely amazing. The gameplay is a perfect belnd of arcade and sim, and the interior view looks stunning. June 19 andanother AAA.

Dirt doesn't hold a candle to Motorstorms particles and fun factor and probably graphics.

Its an arcade racer for sure, no denying that. It is fun though, the damage is nice, specially the environmental damage, but WHY IS THERE SO MUCH BLOOM!!! its sucks. anyway apart from the crap physics its fun.Ospi

I agree on the bloom part... I really don't like the way the game looks as a result.

Stop right there. You have to put the difficulty on Ameteur to see the damage....

At any rate Dirt is actually pretty cool, I'll reserve judgment until the full game release...but the graphics were pretty cool. I have no doubts they turned off certain things in the demo, most companies do.

We'll see though...

and lol at the fanboys in here rushing to say it was on ps3 and 360, when he didn't even mention 360 or ps3...just simply he thought dirt was better then motorstorm.

Did you play it on the Rookie setting? that has Terminal damadge disabled.

Try doing some rolls in the Amateur difficulty. just race up agains the side of the road in full speed. 

Its a lot of fun :D

true. motorstormis a great accomplishment. the physics are awsome in this game

Have you noticed it takes both the Wii kiddies and the 360 bots to gang up on the PS3 fans? See, they can't go at us by themselves because they'd get pwned one-on-one.

Each month the PS3 gets stronger and stronger. And the 360 stays the same; feezebox! :D They better get Halo 4 ready and the 720 ready. They're going to need it over the next 3-4 years.

You do know that each firmware update, game, and familiarity of devs with the PS3 tools takes time right? So, a month is a measurement we use. Declining sales? Hmmm, so what you are saying is that each month the PS3 will drop to lower and lower sales from here on out? Are you really saying that? Come on now. Don't put your foot in your mouth.

Stronger means, larger library, firmware update to the XMB, and future HOME on-line. That add value and sales. Then, when a price cut comes later. That attracts more sales.

By the way, the 360 declined in sales too...does that mean they are doomed too?

So you're showing us numbers proving that the PS3 is selling the WORST, by FAR, of any of the next-gen systems, and then claiming ownage? All I see there is the PS3's numbers dropping by over 40%. The 360's sales dropped as well, yes, but over 10 million people already own one, and it's still selling... much faster than the PS3. In fact, it sold more than twice the number the PS3 did in April, even though it's failing so hard in Japan.

So tell me, what was the point of that post?
