I guess the point of this argument is whether or not the inclusion of guns in a game make it a shooter. Obviously we know it doesn't, but that doesn't mean that ME doesn't have shooter elements, which is what I was trying to say. The other guy isn't right, and neither are you, strictly. ME isn't strictly "shooter," but it's not not a shooter simply because it's shooting elements aren't the main or only focus.

I hope that made sense. I think we're more or less arguing the same thing. If it didn;t make sense then nevermind, it's a moot point anyway.

In all seriousness, Mass Effect 2 is the my most anticipated title in awhile. I loved the first one despite some flaws, which awesomely seemed to be fixed this time around. People should do their best to get a hold of a copy of Mass Effect 2.

Plus theres a class in ME where you can choose to not shoot at all

In all honesty, I'm just being a bit of a jack***. I know that Fallout and ME are RPGs. But the fact that they have heavy shooting elements is why I refuse to play them, given that I've never been able to get interested by shooters, period. Which is what my original point was. The fact that a couple retards decided to come in and twist my intended statements for the sole purpose of trying to "win" on the internet is why I started saying what I said. Honestly, I don't do arguments with people like that... so it's at least worth amusing myself by pissing them off with dumb, illogical statements.Greyfeld

This game is going to blow EVERYTHING out of the water in 2010. My god it has improved in every single way possible over the original which was nothing short of amazing.

I have both a 360 and a gaming PC, and I don't see it as a waste of money. I like Xbox Live for specific games that I play with friends from work and other gamesI play on the PC because of KB/M controls. The PS3 may be a valuable system because of it's exclusives, but there isn't a game that I want to play that Ican't beat in a weekend, and PSN gives me no motivation for replay value which is why I just play PS3 games at a friend's house and haven't bought the system yet. Blu-ray players are much cheaper, I bought mine for $99 on sale. Your arguments are ok, but ultimately illogical because they assume too much.

Well I doubt you can beat Demon's Souls in one weekend, but if you say that (which I don't see a point in anyway) I can say there isn't a game that I can't beat on 360 in a single day. :? like I say, I don't see how you think that's some kind of point to make.

Also I'm not assuming anything, I did have a choice between a PC and a 360, ultamately it came down to me choosing an open platform like the PC or 360 which would have me bending over to MS being miked and insluted as a customer for paying for stuff that they shouldn't even be charging to access on the system.

My post dosen't come from me being a fanboy it comes from me having a sense of value. There are some things I DONT like about the PC too like kb/mouse installing everything and those load times....but the alternative seemed worse to me...I evaluated everything.

You sorely missed my point. Value is subjective. You see the xbox as a waste of money if you have PC, and I see the PS3 as not worth buying because of lack of replay value. Both are opinions, but you present yours as fact.

And yes, I beat Demon's Souls in 3 days. I had to play it quite a bit, but I did. It's an awesome game, but not worth buying a console over.
