Because the game looks much better than those screens... And its a problem of most of direct feed pics from console games... As example lets use KZ2: Everyone who played Killzone 2 knows that it looks miles then this...but the same thing is with Halo3 which looks better than pics posted by cows.Magik85

even if 30 is standard...i have to say it is still pretty low, especially with no aa,af, and low res...sry...its not a horrible game or anything....but i do notice some glaring stuff even in the bull shots on here....like flat textures, cheap effects (sword, blood, hard shadows) when i play the game i notice static lighting and static environment shadows and i get some screen tearing. none of the this means that the game is bad though....just not the prettiest

It looks good enough. The graphics aren't good and they aren't bad.

Halo 3 was never the best looking game, but I'm willing to bet that no other game at that time (maybe not even now) could run Theatre Mode with the amount of detail that Halo 3 does.

It only takes one match to see how dull the MP is and yes im on chapter 4 of the campaign and dont see it getting any better. I can only play one chapter at a time because its so boring.

Screenshots /=/ Bullshots because they are from the game, not like a video that shows fake gameplay or a pic where the dev. tries to impress people.

If you do have Halo 3, and the 6 maps that most recently came out you would know that the graphics from those maps looks like that.

How the hell do you say you want to play a game that takes skill when your K/D in halo is .52?!!?!?If you think that those games take more skill then halo, your funny. but you wouldnt know.

If you disagree that Halo 3 doesnt take more skill then those games, look at who is the face of MLG.

^ I thought about it a while ago and i am not too mad that they took out the BR. The marksman rifle seems to take its place so i am happy for that. Also MLG does add more skill to Halo whether you like it or not. But i do agree with you for the most part.

And yet, if the game requires no skill as you insist on inferring, then the amount of experience would make no difference. Games that do take skill requires time to acquire the necessary skills. Those that don't would just have a set playing level within a few hours.

Then i joined my cousins clan and made a bunch of friends and because of that halo 3 is my favorite game on the consoles. If you just give the game a try with some of your good friends then i know you would like it.

Also i was a late entry in my clan and to this day, i am the best player, even better then my cousin who showed me around the ropes. :P
