I know it's popular to hate the X1 right now but if you ask me there's more to play on the X1 than on PS4 at the moment. Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Garden Warefare, and then Titanfall in a few short weeks. That's quite a few real deal games for gamers.

On PS4 there's uhhh...nothing I want to play until Second Son comes out.

Phil Spencer didnt say Titanfall was exclusive...the person who wrote the article did. what i quoted was the lead in paragraph to the article that has Phil's tweet in it confirming there will be more games for this year coming.

and the reason why i even made this thread was because of PinkieWinkie's thread yesterday asking what XB1 has coming in 2014. the one where ever cow jumped in agreeing with him that it has nothing coming. the one he got severely owned in. this answers him even moreso. the XB1 has a lot coming for the year...and its now confirmed it has even more than expected coming. clear for you now?

This is as misleading and false as Microsoft saying Evolve is only on Xbox one. It's a flat out lie, it's not even an Xbox family exclusive since it's on the PC as well, hell it's not even made or owned by Microsoft.

but yea, Sony needs to promote Vita too though...that'll take a chunk out of there time. theres only 90 minutes to use. but its possible....goodluck to them. but i doubt they catch up. the most i expect is they'll show a montage of games again n a lot of them won't come out, or will end up multiplat, again.

Well that's just very confusing. If someone asks what console its for its better to say its an MS exclusive, if you say "Oh it's a multiplat!" everyone assumes its available on everything. Multiplat games are usually available across all current generations.

The game does have a certain level of exclusivity, even though it isn't exclusive to X1. I think that should have its own category as a platform exclusive, but that's just my opinion.

Titanfall is exclusive to MS period. So if you play Titanfall, you are giving MS your money some how, some way.

Any way, this isn't a Titanfall thread. Good to hear MS announcing more exclusives soon. It already has a good mix of them early on. Should only improve.

MS does not own Origin nor the PC market, So no If you buy Titanfall on Origin on PC it goes to EA, MS makes their money mainly off of Enterprise Licenses such as EA agreements, Office, Android Patents, Cloud 365, Microsoft Azure and more. Microsoft will make a cut off of Titanfall on XB1 and 360 which is why they're pushing it there mainly.

I have both next gen consoles, and I'm excited by Second Son, The Order AND whatever Microsoft has got cooking. Affinity for one platform's games isn't mutually exclusive for one's excitement of its competitor's games. Trying to stir up a pissing contest just for the sake of argument is really boring.

While I agree to some extent, the X1, for me, has the more interesting games. I don't want to play 2D no matter how high the meta critic score, on a $400-500 console. But Infamous does not look generic, TC. That game is why I am buying a PS4 next month. It looks awesome.

Reading it didn't really change much though, so no harm no foul. Sony's conferences are a lot longer than microsoft's if I remember correctly. Enough time to do the whole lot, including PS3 as they're...you know...still supporting it :). You can expect what you like sonny! Good luck to MS too, I've a feeling they'll need it :P.

yea, Sony does extend there's sometimes. we'll see i guess. MS seems competent...i think they'll impress. they do need to change some minds though. some people just arent letting the last E3 go lol. E3 should be great for all factions nonetheless...well i'm not sure about Nintendo lol.

PS4 has plenty of exclusives this year to go along with lots of free PS+ games. Sony is giving a lot to their gamers.

It was canned. They are now making GeoW instead.

There were huge, huge threads in SW about it, got it all figured out a few times.

Outlast, Resogun (they're working on a free DLC & another free PS4 title), Don't Starve, DC Universe Online, Warframe, Blacklight Retribution, Contrast, Dead Nation. I also own a PS3 & get all the ones for that for the annual price of $50.
