Yes I know its hard not to get upset sometimes when you see something thats ignorant,ignoring or not seeing the good points but were all respectable people here with our opinions even if your'e upset by the TC's replies we still should be polite in a manner fitting in order for him to not get upset or angry back and in time he will see that the PS3 is a good console in its own right.

Well, I guess I can say its all his opinion. Also, about the price drop time frame; it sucks that it didn't fall into his lap. As for ignoring the PS3's good side.... I don't know.. I really don't. Well, I am through being ignored when I bring up good points and instead having the TC insult me. I try... hahaha.

Did you miss me attack MS over that hardware issue? And yes it has gotten better, but no enough. The 360 still scratches disks. But atleast MS is trying to permanently fix this, This temp cut only helps those out there now..By the time I was going to get one it would have been 600 again...And I won't and can't pay that. And you should pay attention to the lies, bad marketing strategies, cancelled games....need I go on?

And yet, in the end, both the 360 and PS3 will have similar high quality lineups for the next year, yet the 360 will be plagued with hardware problems, and the ps3 will cost $200 extra. Your hatred for Sony but acceptance of MS makes absolutely no sense if you look strictly at the consoles.

The lies, etc., have nothing to do withmy experiences with the console. I'm here to play games, man. If you can't get past the random PR crap Sony has pulled, thenI fear for you. Enjoy life, man. Don't get cought up in the words of Execs of corporations across the globe.

Sorry, my wording was bad. I meant that you were able to look past the hardware problems and still support the system, even though you are unwilling to support the ps3 at all.

Anybody who buys a console for games that -will- come out, is, quite frankly, a fanboy. I would only ever buy a console for its merit in the present and not so distant future. This is why I have a hard time understanding why PS3 owners think they have a leg to stand on when it comes to having the "best" console.

It could be in the future, but right now it isn't, and its unlikely that it could be. Betting against the odds doesn't make you intelligent or impartial.

PS3 and Sony remind me of one other company, ahh yes EA!

Those bastards feed a bunch of brainwashed foes all those lies and make them believe them. Just look at the Madden and Live franchises, Sony and PS3 are heading the same direction, for some reason I find some links between them as far as similarity is concerned.

But who gives a crap, at the end of the day, 1 person will love his PS3 and enjoy the Havenly Sword, MGS4 (hoping it doesn't stay exclusive, come on Hedio), and the other will love his 360 and enjoy the Halo 3, and Gears of War (overrated), and the kitties will play their kitty Wii games, and the PC users will just sit back and enjoy the arguments and enjoy their famous First Person Shooters on the PC and at the end everyone will live happiley after (well probably not)

you can look past a 33% hardware failure rate but you can't look past a lowered price tag that will go back up to 600?

A 3 year arranty is "permanently fixing the problem"? Honestly, they waited over a year and a half just to admit that their was significant problem in the first place.

And gradual PS3 price drops are a guarantee in the future, where as MS actually "fixing the problem" is notguaranteed in any way whatsoever.

And you wonder why I might be a tad annoyed right now? I was gonna buy a PSP this year..but with that PS2P thing I am not so sure there either...But I still want the PSP to catch up to the DS........Not gonna happen.

There are actually so many games on the portables that I want, that I just fight the urge... and you know the reason, and the song..

Was there a point in that incoherant, rambling nonsense? There is no guarentee that A) a particular game will be good, and for many games, that B) it will be exclusive. My point was if you are buying a console for the sole purpose of playing a handful of games 2 years from now, you should WAIT 2 years until you buy the platform.
